Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a metabolic disease caused by a glycolipid metabolism disorder and isletβ-cell dysfunction.SCP-80-I is a biologically active water-soluble polysaccharide isolated from sweet corncob,a...Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a metabolic disease caused by a glycolipid metabolism disorder and isletβ-cell dysfunction.SCP-80-I is a biologically active water-soluble polysaccharide isolated from sweet corncob,an agricultural byproduct.The hypoglycemic effects of SCP-80-I on T2DM mice and its mechanisms were investigated in this study.SCP-80-I was found to significantly reduce blood glucose and lipid deposition levels in T2DM mice,as well as decrease serum leptin and increase adiponectin secretion.Interestingly,real time-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and Western blotting results revealed that SCP-80-I could regulate the expression of several glycolipid metabolisms and insulin secretion genes and proteins,including 5'-AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK),carnitine palmitoyltransferase I(CPTI),and acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase(ACC)in the liver and AMPK,sirtuin1(Sirtl),peroxisome proliferator-activated receptorycoactivator-1(PGC-1α),and uncoupling protein 2(UCP2)in the pancreas.To have a hypoglycemic effect,SCP-80-1 regulated glycolipid metabolism and islet cell function in the liver by regulating the AMPK/AC C/CPT1 signaling pathway and the AMPK/Sirt1/PGC-1αand AMPK/Sirtl/UCP2 signaling pathways.These findings improve our understanding of polysaccharides derived from sweet corncob and the use of SCP-80-I in the production of hypoglycemic foods.展开更多

In this paper, the changes in structure and functional proper...It has been reported that fresh edible rice has more bioactive compounds and its protein is easier to digest and has lower hypoallergenic than mature rice. In this paper, the changes in structure and functional properties of proteins at five different stages, including early milky stage(EMS), middle milky stage(MMS), late milky stage(LMS), waxy ripe stage(WS)and ripening stage(RS), during the seed development were investigated. It was found that with the seed developing, the molecular weight of fresh rice protein gradually become larger while the secondary structure changed from the highest content of disordered structure at MMS to the highest content of ordered structure at RS, which affect the surface hydrophobicity and then the functional properties of proteins, including foaming properties, emulsifying properties and oil holding capacity. Fresh rice protein at MMS has the strongest surface hydrophobicity while fresh edible rice protein at RS has the strongest oil holding capability. The results of our study can provide a theoretical basis for the application of fresh rice protein in the food industry and help to develop new fresh edible rice food.展开更多
Objective:To determine the destructive ability of oxocrebanine,an anti-breast cancer active compound obtained from Stephania hainanensis H.S.Lo et Y.Tsoong,on microtubule network,and investigate the effect of oxocreba...Objective:To determine the destructive ability of oxocrebanine,an anti-breast cancer active compound obtained from Stephania hainanensis H.S.Lo et Y.Tsoong,on microtubule network,and investigate the effect of oxocrebanine on microtubule network homeostasis at both molecular and cellular levels.Methods:the EBI site competition method and molecular docking method were used to determine the occupation of the microtubule site of oxocrebanine.Western Blot was used to detect the effect of oxocrebanine on microtubule-associated proteins including STAT3,PAK1,CAMK4,and PKA.Results:The results of EBI site competition assay showed that the binding of EBI toβ-Tubulin covalent fusions produced adducts that appeared in regions of lower molecular weight thanβ-tubulin(ctrl 2).Molecular docking results showed that oxocrebanine could occupy the colchicine site of microtubule proteins.As revealed by Western Blot,the expression of STAT3 protein was decreased after MCF-7 cells have been treated with low,medium,and high concentration of oxocrebanine or the positive drug taxol for 48 h(P<0.01).The expression levels of PAK1 and Camk4 proteins aslo showed significant reductions(P<0.05,or P<0.01).Oxocrebanine also decreased the PKA protein in MCF-7 cells compared to the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Oxocrebanine,a ligand that binds at the colchicine site of tubulin,perturbs tubulin polymerization and causes mitosis in MCF-7 cells,thus leading to MCF-7 cell death.Oxocrebanine may promote microtubule dynamics through stathmin by inhibiting the expression levels of STAT3,PAK1,Camk4,and PKA proteins in MCF-7 cells.Oxocrebanine interfers with spindle formation,and ultimately causes mitotic catastrophe in MCF-7 cells.展开更多

However, there is currently a lack of the optimization res...The sampling auger used in lunar sampling and return mission is to transmit power and convey soil, and its performance is the key factor of the whole mission. However, there is currently a lack of the optimization research on soil conveying volume and power consumption models in auger structure design. To provide the drilled object, the simulation lunar soil, whose physical and mechanical property is the same as the real soil, is made by reducing soil void ratio. The models are formulated to analyze the influence of auger structure parameters on power consumption and soil conveying volume. To obtain the optimized structure parameters of auger, the multi-objective optimization functions of the maximum soil conveying volume and minimum power consumption are developed. To verify the correctness of the models, the performances of different augers drilling simulation soil are tested. The test results demonstrate that the power consumption of optimized auger is the lowest both in theory and test, and the experimental results of soil conveying volume are in agreement with theoretical analysis. Consequently, a new method for designing a lunar sampling auger is proposed which includes the models of soil conveying volume and transportation power consumption, the optimization of structure parameters and the comparison tests. This method provides a reference for sampling auger designing of the Chinese Lunar Sample Mission.展开更多
Correlation among physicochemical properties, which include amylose content, alkali spreading values, gel consistency, water absorption, expansion rate, solid content of rice-water, protein content and fat content, an...Correlation among physicochemical properties, which include amylose content, alkali spreading values, gel consistency, water absorption, expansion rate, solid content of rice-water, protein content and fat content, and eating qualities of six kinds of rice samples planted in Heilongjiang Province were studied. Correlation analysis showed that amylose content, water absorption and expansion rate were negatively correlated with eating qualities, yet gel consistency, alkali spreading values, solid content of rice-water and fat content were positively correlated with eating qualities. Among them, eating quality had an obvious correlation with amylose content and gel consistency, but no significant correlation with protein content. The regression equation, which described the relationship of the eating quality scores and physicochemical indexes, was Y=94.439–12.711X1–23.721X2–0.701X3+0.570X4+186.938X5(X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 represented amylose content, water absorption, expansion rate gel, consistency and fat content). The single factor analysis of variance showed that six kinds of rice existed significant differences in quality category.展开更多

The relationships between chemical composition,structure and physicochemical properties such as pasting,thermal,and textural properties of 12 temperate rice cultivars grown in Heilongjiang Province,China were investig...The relationships between chemical composition,structure and physicochemical properties such as pasting,thermal,and textural properties of 12 temperate rice cultivars grown in Heilongjiang Province,China were investigated in this study.There were significant differences in the content of fat,protein,ash,amylose,damaged starch among 12 cultivars.Brabender Viscograph results showed that gelatinization time,peak viscosity,pasting and peak temperature ranged from 9 min to 15 min,2100 BU to 2500 BU,58.75℃to 72.00℃and 63.75℃to 84.45℃,respectively,except for the waxy one Longjing 9.To,Tp,Tc andΔH were found in the range of 58.34℃to 67.96℃,65.39℃to 75.38℃,78.47℃to 90.69℃and 2.036 J/g to 3.127 J/g respectively.Scanning Electron Micro-photograph results showed that all starch granules were polyhedral with irregular shapes,except Longjing 9 showing signs of the loss of physical integrity.The hardness,adhesiveness,springiness,gumminess,cohesiveness and resilience ranged from 395.87 g to 1161.76 g,-90.842 g·mm to-36.4 g·mm,0.498 to 0.747,78.631 g to 466.837 g,0.199 to 0.569,0.321 to 0.504,respectively.Correlation studies indicated that amylose,damaged starch,protein,fat and ash played a more important role in determining the rice properties of pasting,thermal,crystallinity and texture.展开更多

Femtosecond time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy is used to investigate gaseous molecular dynamics.Due to the spectrally broad laser pulses,usually poorly resolved spectra result fro...Femtosecond time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy is used to investigate gaseous molecular dynamics.Due to the spectrally broad laser pulses,usually poorly resolved spectra result from this broad spectroscopy.However,it can be demonstrated that by the electronic resonance enhancement optimization control a selective excitation of specific vibrational mode is possible.Using an electronically resonance-enhanced effect,iodine molecule specific CARS spectroscopy can be obtained from a mixture of iodine-air at room temperature and a pressure of 1 atm (corresponding to a saturation iodine vapour as low as about 35 Pa).The dynamics on either the electronically excited state or the ground state of iodine molecules obtained is consistent with previous studies (vacuum,heated and pure iodine) in the femtosecond time resolved CARS spectroscopy,showing that an effective method of suppressing the non-resonant CARS background and other interferences is demonstrated.展开更多
A reliable,efficient anther culture system,the dominant technique for generating haploid plants in breeding programs,that can be used for generating transgenic poplar plants has been needed.In the present study,theref...A reliable,efficient anther culture system,the dominant technique for generating haploid plants in breeding programs,that can be used for generating transgenic poplar plants has been needed.In the present study,therefore,an anther culture system was developed using isolated mid-and late-uninucleate anthers of poplar(Populus simonii x P.nigra).From a combination of SSR and ploidy analyses,six double haploid and two haploid lines were characterized from 86 plants grown from 16 regenerated anther cultured lines.After 48 months of development,two plant lines from the regenerated plants maintained their haploid level in vitro for over 2 years.A number of haploid plants from the different lines weretransferred to soil.The leaves of these transplants were then used as explants for transformation with the APETALA1(AP1) gene using Agrobacterium tumefaciens.Overexpression of AP1 in haploid poplar induced early flowering with obvious petals when ectopically expressed.To our knowledge,this is the first report on changes in flowering time in AP1-trangenic poplar,which is important for elucidating the regulatory mechanism of tree flower development.展开更多

A new ground-based expenmental device,the Space Plasma Environment Research Facility(SPERF),is being designed at Harbin Institute of Technology in China,with Asymmetric REconnection eXperiment-3 Dimensional(AREX-3D) a...A new ground-based expenmental device,the Space Plasma Environment Research Facility(SPERF),is being designed at Harbin Institute of Technology in China,with Asymmetric REconnection eXperiment-3 Dimensional(AREX-3D) as one of the experimental components to study the asymmetric reconnection dynamics relevant to the interaction between the interplanetary and magnetospheric plasmas.The asymmetry in the designed magnetic reconnection process not only refers to the distinct plasma parameters designed for the two upstream regions across the current sheet,but also refers to the inhomogeneity in the direction along the current sheet resulting from the designed 3D magnetic field geometry.These two asymmetries are fundamental features of the reconnection process at the Earth's magnetopause.In experiment,the reconnection process is driven by a set of flux cores through coil-currentramp-up from the 'magnetosheath-side' to interact with a dipole magnetic field generated by the Dipole Research Experiment(DREX) coil on the 'magnetosphere-side'.The AREX-3D will be able to investigate a range of important reconnection issues in 3D magnetic field geometry that is relevant to the Earth's magnetopause.A wide range of plasma parameters can be achieved through inductive plasma generation with flux cores on the 'magnetosheath-side' and electron cyclotron resonance(ECR) with microwave sources on the 'magnetosphere-side',e.g.high(low)plasma density at experimental magnetosheath(dipole) side.Different reconnection regimes and geometries can be produced by adjusting plasma parameters and coil setups as well as coil current waveforms.The three-dimensional magnetic field configurations in the SPERF relevant to the dayside magnetopause reconnection are discussed in detail.展开更多

A...To elucidate the phosphorus removal and metabolism under various COD / P ratio,a sludge highly enriched in PAOs was used to investigate the impacts of COD / P in batch tests under different carbon supply conditions. Acetate,propionate and a mixture of acetate and propionate at a ratio of 3 ∶ 1( COD basis) was used as carbon sources with the COD / P of 20,15,10 and 5. 0 g COD /gP,respectively. The minimum COD / P ratios for complete P removal were found to be 8. 24 g COD /gP for acetate,11. 40 g COD /gP for propionate and9. 10 g COD /gP for the 3 ∶ 1 mixture of acetate and propionate. Converted to a mass basis,all three cases had a very similar ratio of 7. 7 g VFA /gP,which represented a useful guide for operation of EBPR plants to identify possible shortages in VFAs. The trend in PHV accumulation during the anaerobic period along with the decrease of COD / P ratios suggested that,PAOs may use the TCA pathway for anaerobic VFA uptake to maintain the required NADH production with reduced glycogen degradation. During the aerobic phase,the glycogen pool was reduced but remained enough compared to the requirement for anaerobic VFA uptake,and the synthesis and degradation of glycogen was not the inhibition factor of PAOs.展开更多

In this study, a ferritin gene(TaFer) from Tamarix androssowii Litv. was transferred into Populus tomentosa Carr. cv 'BJR01' via Agrobacterium. Six independent transgenic lines were obtained with a tolerance to kanamycin and three were randomly selected for further analysis. The PCR and RT-PCR results indicate that the TaFer gene had been integrated into the poplar genome. The effect of the gene on abiotic stress tolerance was tested, and the results show that transgenic plants improve growth, had higher chlorophyll and lower MDA contents, and higher relative electrical conductivity,fewer changes of SOD and POD activities, higher iron content, higher root ferric reductase activity and lower levels of ROS accumulation and cell death in response to drought, Fe-insufficient or Fe-excess tolerance. These results indicate that the TaFer gene can improve abiotic stress tolerance in transgenic Populus tomentosa.展开更多
The problems of stability and stabilization for the discrete Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy time-delay system are investigated.By constructing a discrete piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(PLKF) in each maximal overlapp...The problems of stability and stabilization for the discrete Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy time-delay system are investigated.By constructing a discrete piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(PLKF) in each maximal overlapped-rules group(MORG),a new sufficient stability condition for the open-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed and proved.Then the systematic design of the fuzzy controller is investigated via the parallel distributed compensation control scheme,and a new stabilization condition for the closed-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed.The above two sufficient conditions only require finding common matrices in each MORG.Compared with the common Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(CLKF) approach and the fuzzy Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(FLKF) approach,these proposed sufficient conditions can not only overcome the defect of finding common matrices in the whole feasible region but also largely reduce the number of linear matrix inequalities to be solved.Finally,simulation examples show that the proposed PLKF approach is effective.展开更多

文摘The sampling auger used in lunar sampling and return mission is to transmit power and convey soil, and its performance is the key factor of the whole mission. However, there is currently a lack of the optimization research on soil conveying volume and power consumption models in auger structure design. To provide the drilled object, the simulation lunar soil, whose physical and mechanical property is the same as the real soil, is made by reducing soil void ratio. The models are formulated to analyze the influence of auger structure parameters on power consumption and soil conveying volume. To obtain the optimized structure parameters of auger, the multi-objective optimization functions of the maximum soil conveying volume and minimum power consumption are developed. To verify the correctness of the models, the performances of different augers drilling simulation soil are tested. The test results demonstrate that the power consumption of optimized auger is the lowest both in theory and test, and the experimental results of soil conveying volume are in agreement with theoretical analysis. Consequently, a new method for designing a lunar sampling auger is proposed which includes the models of soil conveying volume and transportation power consumption, the optimization of structure parameters and the comparison tests. This method provides a reference for sampling auger designing of the Chinese Lunar Sample Mission.

文摘Correlation among physicochemical properties, which include amylose content, alkali spreading values, gel consistency, water absorption, expansion rate, solid content of rice-water, protein content and fat content, and eating qualities of six kinds of rice samples planted in Heilongjiang Province were studied. Correlation analysis showed that amylose content, water absorption and expansion rate were negatively correlated with eating qualities, yet gel consistency, alkali spreading values, solid content of rice-water and fat content were positively correlated with eating qualities. Among them, eating quality had an obvious correlation with amylose content and gel consistency, but no significant correlation with protein content. The regression equation, which described the relationship of the eating quality scores and physicochemical indexes, was Y=94.439–12.711X1–23.721X2–0.701X3+0.570X4+186.938X5(X1, X2, X3, X4 and X5 represented amylose content, water absorption, expansion rate gel, consistency and fat content). The single factor analysis of variance showed that six kinds of rice existed significant differences in quality category.
文摘Ship motion,with six degrees of freedom,is a complex stochastic process.Sea wind and waves are the primary influencing factors.Prediction of ship motion is significant for ship navigation.To eliminate errors,a path prediction model incorporating ship pitching was developed using the Gray topological method,after analyzing ship pitching motions.With the help of simple introduction to Gray system theory,we selected a group of threshold values.Based on an analysis of ship pitch angle sequences over 40 second intervals,a Grey metabolism GM(1,1) model was established according to the time-series which every threshold corresponded to.Forecasting future ship motion with the GM(1,1) model allowed drawing of the forecast curve with effective forecasting points.The precision of the test results show that the model is accurate,and the forecast results are reliable.

文摘The relationships between chemical composition,structure and physicochemical properties such as pasting,thermal,and textural properties of 12 temperate rice cultivars grown in Heilongjiang Province,China were investigated in this study.There were significant differences in the content of fat,protein,ash,amylose,damaged starch among 12 cultivars.Brabender Viscograph results showed that gelatinization time,peak viscosity,pasting and peak temperature ranged from 9 min to 15 min,2100 BU to 2500 BU,58.75℃to 72.00℃and 63.75℃to 84.45℃,respectively,except for the waxy one Longjing 9.To,Tp,Tc andΔH were found in the range of 58.34℃to 67.96℃,65.39℃to 75.38℃,78.47℃to 90.69℃and 2.036 J/g to 3.127 J/g respectively.Scanning Electron Micro-photograph results showed that all starch granules were polyhedral with irregular shapes,except Longjing 9 showing signs of the loss of physical integrity.The hardness,adhesiveness,springiness,gumminess,cohesiveness and resilience ranged from 395.87 g to 1161.76 g,-90.842 g·mm to-36.4 g·mm,0.498 to 0.747,78.631 g to 466.837 g,0.199 to 0.569,0.321 to 0.504,respectively.Correlation studies indicated that amylose,damaged starch,protein,fat and ash played a more important role in determining the rice properties of pasting,thermal,crystallinity and texture.

The present situation and main problems of agricultural cold chain logistics in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed from five aspects,such as the scale of construction,infrastructure,status quo of cold chain logistics technology,cold chain logistics enterprises and development environment,and proposed that Heilongjiang Province should focus on the development of poultry,fruit and vegetable,aquatic products,and processed food cold chain,then the strategic implementation measures for above areas were put forward.

文摘Femtosecond time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (CARS) spectroscopy is used to investigate gaseous molecular dynamics.Due to the spectrally broad laser pulses,usually poorly resolved spectra result from this broad spectroscopy.However,it can be demonstrated that by the electronic resonance enhancement optimization control a selective excitation of specific vibrational mode is possible.Using an electronically resonance-enhanced effect,iodine molecule specific CARS spectroscopy can be obtained from a mixture of iodine-air at room temperature and a pressure of 1 atm (corresponding to a saturation iodine vapour as low as about 35 Pa).The dynamics on either the electronically excited state or the ground state of iodine molecules obtained is consistent with previous studies (vacuum,heated and pure iodine) in the femtosecond time resolved CARS spectroscopy,showing that an effective method of suppressing the non-resonant CARS background and other interferences is demonstrated.

文摘A reliable,efficient anther culture system,the dominant technique for generating haploid plants in breeding programs,that can be used for generating transgenic poplar plants has been needed.In the present study,therefore,an anther culture system was developed using isolated mid-and late-uninucleate anthers of poplar(Populus simonii x P.nigra).From a combination of SSR and ploidy analyses,six double haploid and two haploid lines were characterized from 86 plants grown from 16 regenerated anther cultured lines.After 48 months of development,two plant lines from the regenerated plants maintained their haploid level in vitro for over 2 years.A number of haploid plants from the different lines weretransferred to soil.The leaves of these transplants were then used as explants for transformation with the APETALA1(AP1) gene using Agrobacterium tumefaciens.Overexpression of AP1 in haploid poplar induced early flowering with obvious petals when ectopically expressed.To our knowledge,this is the first report on changes in flowering time in AP1-trangenic poplar,which is important for elucidating the regulatory mechanism of tree flower development.

文摘To get the IR spectrums of Agrimonia Pilosa Ledeb(APL)from China and Japan areas,and to find out the characters of IR spectrums through the content of different chemical constituents,to provide a fast and effective analysis method monitor the inherent qualities of traditional Chinese medicine-APL.Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR)was applied to detect sample of APL from China and Japan areas.This study showed that the IR spectra of APL from China and Japan areas have their unique IR fingerprint features.The contents of tannin and calcium phosphate in APL from China is different APL from Japan.So FT-IR is a very quick,effective and well repetitive method for monitoring and distinguishing the traditional Chinese medicine.

文摘A new ground-based expenmental device,the Space Plasma Environment Research Facility(SPERF),is being designed at Harbin Institute of Technology in China,with Asymmetric REconnection eXperiment-3 Dimensional(AREX-3D) as one of the experimental components to study the asymmetric reconnection dynamics relevant to the interaction between the interplanetary and magnetospheric plasmas.The asymmetry in the designed magnetic reconnection process not only refers to the distinct plasma parameters designed for the two upstream regions across the current sheet,but also refers to the inhomogeneity in the direction along the current sheet resulting from the designed 3D magnetic field geometry.These two asymmetries are fundamental features of the reconnection process at the Earth's magnetopause.In experiment,the reconnection process is driven by a set of flux cores through coil-currentramp-up from the 'magnetosheath-side' to interact with a dipole magnetic field generated by the Dipole Research Experiment(DREX) coil on the 'magnetosphere-side'.The AREX-3D will be able to investigate a range of important reconnection issues in 3D magnetic field geometry that is relevant to the Earth's magnetopause.A wide range of plasma parameters can be achieved through inductive plasma generation with flux cores on the 'magnetosheath-side' and electron cyclotron resonance(ECR) with microwave sources on the 'magnetosphere-side',e.g.high(low)plasma density at experimental magnetosheath(dipole) side.Different reconnection regimes and geometries can be produced by adjusting plasma parameters and coil setups as well as coil current waveforms.The three-dimensional magnetic field configurations in the SPERF relevant to the dayside magnetopause reconnection are discussed in detail.

文摘To elucidate the phosphorus removal and metabolism under various COD / P ratio,a sludge highly enriched in PAOs was used to investigate the impacts of COD / P in batch tests under different carbon supply conditions. Acetate,propionate and a mixture of acetate and propionate at a ratio of 3 ∶ 1( COD basis) was used as carbon sources with the COD / P of 20,15,10 and 5. 0 g COD /gP,respectively. The minimum COD / P ratios for complete P removal were found to be 8. 24 g COD /gP for acetate,11. 40 g COD /gP for propionate and9. 10 g COD /gP for the 3 ∶ 1 mixture of acetate and propionate. Converted to a mass basis,all three cases had a very similar ratio of 7. 7 g VFA /gP,which represented a useful guide for operation of EBPR plants to identify possible shortages in VFAs. The trend in PHV accumulation during the anaerobic period along with the decrease of COD / P ratios suggested that,PAOs may use the TCA pathway for anaerobic VFA uptake to maintain the required NADH production with reduced glycogen degradation. During the aerobic phase,the glycogen pool was reduced but remained enough compared to the requirement for anaerobic VFA uptake,and the synthesis and degradation of glycogen was not the inhibition factor of PAOs.

文摘We performed femtosecond time-resolved coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering(fs-CARS) measurements on liquid toluene and PVK film.For both samples,we selectively excited the CH stretching vibrational modes and observed the expected quantum beat signals.The frequency of the well-defined beats is in good agreement with the energy difference between the two simultaneously excited modes,which demonstrates that a coherent coupling between the vibrational modes of the C-H chemical bonds exists at the different positions of the molecules.The dephasing times of the excited modes are obtained simultaneously.

文摘A robust control for uncertain nonlinear systems based on T-S fuzzy model is discussed in this paper.First,a T-S fuzzy system is adopted to model the uncertain nonlinear systems.Then,for the system with input variables adopting standard fuzzy partitions,the efficient maximal overlapped-rules group(EMORG) is presented,and a new sufficient condition to check the stability of T-S fuzzy system with uncertainty is derived,which is expressed in terms of Linear Matrix Inequalities.The derived stability condition,which only requires a local common positive definite matrix in each EMORG,can reduce the conservatism and difficulty in existing stability conditions.Finally,a simulation example shows the proposed approach is effective.

文摘Ferritin, a universal intracellular protein, can store large amounts of iron and improve plant resistance to abiotic and biotic stress. In this study, a ferritin gene(TaFer) from Tamarix androssowii Litv. was transferred into Populus tomentosa Carr. cv 'BJR01' via Agrobacterium. Six independent transgenic lines were obtained with a tolerance to kanamycin and three were randomly selected for further analysis. The PCR and RT-PCR results indicate that the TaFer gene had been integrated into the poplar genome. The effect of the gene on abiotic stress tolerance was tested, and the results show that transgenic plants improve growth, had higher chlorophyll and lower MDA contents, and higher relative electrical conductivity,fewer changes of SOD and POD activities, higher iron content, higher root ferric reductase activity and lower levels of ROS accumulation and cell death in response to drought, Fe-insufficient or Fe-excess tolerance. These results indicate that the TaFer gene can improve abiotic stress tolerance in transgenic Populus tomentosa.

文摘The problems of stability and stabilization for the discrete Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy time-delay system are investigated.By constructing a discrete piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(PLKF) in each maximal overlapped-rules group(MORG),a new sufficient stability condition for the open-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed and proved.Then the systematic design of the fuzzy controller is investigated via the parallel distributed compensation control scheme,and a new stabilization condition for the closed-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed.The above two sufficient conditions only require finding common matrices in each MORG.Compared with the common Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(CLKF) approach and the fuzzy Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(FLKF) approach,these proposed sufficient conditions can not only overcome the defect of finding common matrices in the whole feasible region but also largely reduce the number of linear matrix inequalities to be solved.Finally,simulation examples show that the proposed PLKF approach is effective.
