[Objectives]To explore the evolution of the legal system of farmland protection and explore the rules and characteristics of policy development based on the theory and logic of institutional change since China's r...[Objectives]To explore the evolution of the legal system of farmland protection and explore the rules and characteristics of policy development based on the theory and logic of institutional change since China's reform and opening up,reveal the problems and deep-seated reasons of its legislation,clarify the direction of farmland protection in the new period,and solve the"non-agricultural""non-grain"and ecological problems of farmland.[Methods]Literature analysis and inductive deduction methods were used.[Results]The evolution of the farmland protection legal system has gone through the process of"national consciousness-policy guidelines-institutional system",the change from"single subject to multiple subjects";change from the use of"one-way administrative means to coordinated use of administrative,economic and technical means".The practical problems of the farmland protection legal system are mainly due to the insufficient systematization of the farmland protection legal system itself,the generalization of quantity protection,the transformation of quality protection,and the absence of ecological protection.[Conclusions]It is recommended to improve the existing farmland protection legal system from the establishment of the Farmland Protection Law,the improvement of the farmland protection public participation mechanism and supervision mechanism,the establishment of the farmland quality construction and improvement system,the differentiated farmland occupation and supplementation balance system,and the ecological restoration system.展开更多
The abuse of antibiotics seriously threatens the therapeutic effect.Natural products from plants,antimicrobial peptides and micro-organisms have antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.The mechanism of na...The abuse of antibiotics seriously threatens the therapeutic effect.Natural products from plants,antimicrobial peptides and micro-organisms have antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus.The mechanism of natural products reported in recent years on S.aureus includes six types,which are the acting on bacterial cell wall,cytomembrane,metabolic pathway,protein,nucleic acid,biofilm and quorum sensing system to achieve antibacterial effect.This article summarized the mechanism of natural products reported in recent years on S.aureus.It is found that the natural products acting on cell wall or cell wall synthesis pathway key enzymes are relatively safe and highly selective.It has the prospect of developing into medicine and provides the clue to investigate and utilize natural products in antibacterial activity.展开更多
Rubia cordifolia L.belongs to Rubiaceae family.Its medicinal parts are mainly root and rhizome,which is included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020),has the effect of cooling blood and stopping bleeding,removing stasis...Rubia cordifolia L.belongs to Rubiaceae family.Its medicinal parts are mainly root and rhizome,which is included in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020),has the effect of cooling blood and stopping bleeding,removing stasis and channeling menstruation.However,studies on the hemostatic effect of R.cordifolia mainly focus on extracts,and the hemostatic components are less studied.Therefore,chemical constituents and coagulant activity of R.cordifolia were investigated in this paper.Eleven compounds were isolated and identified from R.cordifolia,including 1-hydroxy-2-methyl-9,10-anthraquinone(1),1,4-dihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone(2),palmitic acid(3),tricosanoic acid(4),ω-hydroxypachybasin(5),ursolic acid(6),oleanolic acid(7),rubilactone(8),β-sitosterol(9),cordifoliol(10),1,3-dihydroxy-2-ethoxymethyl-9,10-anthraquinone(11).ω-Hydroxypachybasin was isolated from Rubia genus for the first time.1,4-Dihydroxy-2-methylanthraquinone,rubilactone and 1,3-dihydroxy-2-ethoxymethyl-9,10-anthraquinone could remarkably shorten the plasma calcium coating time in vitro,thus indicating that they had procoagulant activity.展开更多
