To systematically validate and calibrate the theory and technology of the deep in-situ conditionpreserved coring, the in-situ conditions at different depths should be simulated, and the full-size coring tests should be carried out in this simulated environment. Therefore, a deep-rock in-situ conditionpreserved coring calibration platform was designed and developed. The self-tightening sealing structure and the quick-disassembly structure were designed on the basis of an innovative segmented nonuniformdiameter structure, which was a breakthrough from the traditional high-pressure vessel frame and was verified by finite element simulation and actual testing under extreme working conditions, respectively.To simulate the actual deep in-situ environment with a temperature of 150℃ and pressure of 140 MPa for a large Φ450 mm×H1400 mm core, temperature and pressure control systems were designed by coupling, and a pre-embedded high-pressure-resistant temperature sensor was designed. Finally, highprecision assembly automation, complex movement coordination of the coring device with the platform,and rotary dynamic sealing were achieved by utilizing the combination of adaptive cabin body servo control and an adaptive mechanical structure in a limited space, laying a solid foundation for the calibration of in-situ condition-preserved coring. 展开更多

Preparation and Performance of Rare Earths Chemical Conversion Film on Magnesium Alloy 被引量:9

Golden yellow cerium conversion film was obtained on magnesium alloys surface by immersion method and the preparation parameters were established. The influence of different process parameters on the surface morphology and performance of the conversion film were analyzed by means of SEM and electrochemical method. Formation dynamics about cerium conversion film on magnesium alloy in solution containing cerium salt and the anti-corrosion behavior of the conversion film in 3.5% NaCl solution were studied by electrochemical method respectively. The results shows that the conversion film is more compact at room temperature when concentration of cerium sulfate is 10 g·L-1 in the solution; the open circuit potential of the magnesium sample moves up to positive direction about 100 mV, the surface of conversion film becomes even and lustrous, and the adhesion intensity of conversion film increases when adding aluminum nitrate into the solution containing cerium salt. The pH value of the solution and immersion time of the sample in the solution also affect the surface morphology and anti-corrosion property of the conversion film. After covered by rare earths conversion film, the anti-corrosion property of magnesium alloy is obviously improved. Rare earth conversion film has self-repairing capability in corrosion medium. 展开更多

A mobile fiber-optic laser-induced breakdown spectrometer(FO-LIBS) prototype was developed to rapidly detect a large quantity of steel material online and quantitatively analyze the trace elements in a large-diameter steel tube.Twenty-four standard samples and a polynomial fitting method were used to establish calibration curve models.The R^2 factors of the calibration curves were all above 0.99,except for Cu,indicating the elements’ strong self-absorption effect.Five special steel materials were rapidly detected in the steel mill.The average absolute errors of Mn,Cr,Ni,V,Cu,and Mo in the special steel materials were 0.039,0.440,0.033,0.057,0.003,and0.07 wt%,respectively,and their average relative errors fluctuated from 2.9% to 15.7%.The results demonstrated that the performance of this mobile FO-LIBS prototype can be compared with that of most conventional LIBS systems,but the more robust and flexible characteristics of the FO-LIBS prototype provide a feasible approach for promoting LIBS from the laboratory to the industry. 展开更多

Cerium sulfate was used as main composite in solution to prepare golden yellow chemical conversion film on magnesium alloy. The influence of solution composition on the surface morphology of golden yellow rare earth conversion film on magnesium alloy was studied by means of SEM; potential-time curves in the formation process of rare earth conversion film and the anti-corrosion property of the conversion film were tested through ECT. The results show that, when there is no other component in the solution besides cerium sulfate, yellow film can be obtained on magnesium alloy, but there are some dusts on the film surface and the solution is not stable. The stability of cerium sulfate solution increases with adding hydrogen peroxide, while the film is thin and its color turn light. After adding combination additive containing Al 3+, smooth and compact golden yellow film was obtained on magnesium alloy. The polarization curves tested in 3.5% NaCl solution show that the anti-corrosion property of magnesium alloy is increased obviously by rare earth conversion film, and the film has self-repairing capability in the corrosion process. 展开更多

The influence of solute Ce,Mn,and Si on the mechanical properties of silicon steel was investigated by first-principles calculation.Ce,Mn,and Si can all be solubilized in Fe matrix.Ce significantly reduces the incompressibility and rigidity of the system but also significantly improves the toughness and machinability.The effect of Mn on mechanical properties of the system is not obvious.Si has a significant effect on the improvement in incompressibility and rigidity but a limited effect on the improvement in toughness and machinability.The metallic bond strength of Fe-Ce,Fe-Mn,and Fe-Si doped systems is weaker than that of the pure Fe system,which can be used to explain the reduction in the incompressibility and rigidity of these doped systems.The relatively high electron cloud density in the doped system may be responsible for the increase in toughness. 展开更多

P91 is a new kind of heat-resistant and high-tensile steel. It can be extruded after ingot casting and can be widely used for different pipes in power plants. However, due to its mushy freezing characteristics, a lack... P91 is a new kind of heat-resistant and high-tensile steel. It can be extruded after ingot casting and can be widely used for different pipes in power plants. However, due to its mushy freezing characteristics, a lack of feeding in the ingot center often generates many defects, such as porosity and crack. A six-ton P91 ingot was cast and sliced, and a representative part of the longitudinal section was inspected in more detail. The morphology of crack-like defects was examined by X-ray high energy industrial CT and reconstructed by 3D software. There are f ive main portions of defects larger than 200 mm^3, four of which are interconnected. These initiated from continuous liquid f ilm, and then were torn apart by excessive tensile stress within the brittle temperature range(BTR). The 3D FEM analysis of thermo-mechanical simulation was carried out to analyze the formation of porosity and internal crack defects. The results of shrinkage porosity and Niyama values revealed that the center of the ingot suffers from inadequate feeding. Several criteria based on thermal and mechanical models were used to evaluate the susceptibility of hot crack formation. The Clyne and Davies' criterion and Katgerman's criterion successfully predicted the high hot crack susceptibility in the ingot center. Six typical locations in the longitudinal section had been chosen for analysis of the stresses and strains evolution during the BTR. Locations in the defects region showed the highest tensile stresses and relative high strain values, while other locations showed either low tensile stresses or low strain values. In conclusion, hot crack develops only when stress and strain exceed a threshold value at the same time during the BTR. 展开更多

The alteration of the strength, hardness and impact ductility of 5CrNiMo steel using three different additions of RE La element is studied in this paper. The mechanical properties of 5CrNiMo steel with RE La additions are be compared with that of the 5CrNiMo steel on the same heat-treatment condition without RE La element addition. The results show that the strength, hardness and impact ductility of 5CrNiMo steel will be improved obviously when the content of RE La element is proper, and as the content of RE La element is 0.033%(mass fraction), the 5CrNiMo steel has the best mechanical properties. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effects of histone deacetylase 6(HDAC-6) on the PD cell model induced by proteasome inhibitor lactacystin.Methods:Human neuroblastoma SK-N-SH cells were cultured.The wild type pcDNA3.1-alpha-synuclein eukaryotic expression plasmid was transferred into the cells which then were divided into control group,group L,group T and group T+L.The eells of group L were added with 5 umol/L lactacystin dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO) to induce PD cell model with abnormal protein aggregation,the cells of control group were treated with 5 umol/L DMSO,the cells of group T were treated with 5 umol/L selective HDAC-6 inhibitor tubacin dissolved in DMSO,and the cells of group T+L were treated with 5 umol/L lactaeystin and 10 umol/L tubacin dissolved in DMSO.The expression levels of alpha-synuclein oligomers,HSP-27 and HSP-70 were detected by Western blot and the cell survival rate of all the groups was detected by MTT colorimetric assay,and compared 24 h after the cells were treated.Results:The expression levels of alpha-synuclein oligomers,HSP-27 and HSP-70 of the cells of group L were significantly higher than the control group,and the cell survival rate was significantly lower(P<0.05);the expression level of alpha-synuclein oligomers of the cells of group T+L was significantly higher than group L,but the expression level of HSP-27 and HSP-70 were significantly lower,and so as the cell survival rate(P<0.05);the differences of the expression level of alpha-synuclein oligomers,HSP-27 and HSP-70 and the cell survival rate of the cells of group T and the control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:The expression level of alphasynuclein oligomers can be improved and the cell survival rate can be reduced by the PD cell model induced by lactacystin and treated with selective HDAC-6 inhibitor tubacin,which means that alpha-synuclein oligomers of the PD cell model induced by lactacystin can be inhibited and the cell survival rate can be improved by HDAC-6,and the mechanism may be related to the increased of HSP-27 and HSP-70. 展开更多

Based on the thermal simulation method,a systematical analysis was conducted on the effect of welding peak temperature and the cooling time that takes place from 800 to 500℃ on microstructure,precipitates,substructure and microhardness of the reheated coarse-grained heat-affected zone(CGHAZ)of G115 novel martensitic heat-resistant steel.As revealed from the results,the microstructure of un-altered CGHAZ(UACGHAZ)and supercritically CGHAZ(SCCGHAZ)was lath martensite,and structural heredity occurred.Intercritically reheated CGHAZ(IRCGHAZ)exhibited martensite and over-tempered martensite,and subcritical CGHAZ(SCGHAZ)displayed martensite and under-tempered martensite.The austenite in UACGHAZ and SCCGHAZ was transformed with the diffusion mechanism during the first thermal cycle,but with the non-diffusion mechanism during the second thermal cycle.For this reason,A_(c1) and A_(c3) during the second thermal cycle were significantly lower than those during the first thermal cycle,and A_(c1) and A_(c3) were reduced by nearly 14 and 44℃,respectively.Since the content and stability of the austenite alloy during the second thermal cycle of IRCGHAZ were lower than those during the first thermal cycle,M_(s) increased by nearly 30℃.There were considerable precipitates in the over-tempered region of IRCGHAZ,and the Laves phase was contained,which was not conducive to high-temperature creep property.Moreover,the dislocation density and the number of sub-grains in the region were lower,resulting in a sharp decrease in the microhardness,and it was the weak area in the reheated CGHAZ. 展开更多
