SPSS13.0 was used to process the data of the 1-6 batch of key cultural relic conservation units promulgated by the State Administration of Cultural Heritage of China;and multi-element evaluation method was used to calculate the composite distribution index. The spatial distribution of cultural relics of provinces in China can be divided into four grades, namely:very rich areas, rich areas, poor areas and very poor areas;the article analyzes the characteristics of cultural resources in spatial and temporal distribution. The paper holds that(1)the distribution of China's cultural relic tourism resources is relatively concentrated, different sharply from region to region, with more Han nation's heritage, less relics of the ethnic minorities;(2) Henan,Hebei,Shaanxi,Shanxi Province are the main regions with heavy distribution of cultural resources;(3) relics appeared in specific time periods in China's history.Ming and Qing Dynasties,Sui,Tang and Five Dynasties,Song,Liao and Jin,the Western Han,Shang and Zhou dynasties, the New Stone Age are the major periods producing more cultural relics. This paper also analyzes relationships of the emergence of cultural relics with production technology, specific historical process, specific geographical location, political system, religion, national culture, customs, architectural styles and techniques of the traditional cultural educational system. Finally, the paper discusses the development and protection of heritage. 展开更多

This paper analyzes the urban spatial structure of Tarim River Basin from the perspectives of urbanization, urban density, grading scales and spatial evolution patterns, using geographical theories and methods, such as fractal theory, principle component analysis, urbanization imbalance index, urban scale imbalance indicator, and urban spatial interaction. The results show that the urban spatial structure displays balanced distribution in the overall pattern, while an imbalanced distribution in each region. The development of town pattern tends to be gathering to the central towns in the oasis of Tarim River Basin and a development axis has begun to form along the southern Xinjiang railway. Based on the division of urban hinterland, and the development characteristics of oasis economy, this paper puts forward an urban spatial organization model. This model uses 'breakpoint model' and divides Tarim River Basin into five urban clusters: Korla urban cluster, Kuqa urban cluster, Aksu urban cluster, Kashgar urban cluster and Hotan urban cluster. As a conclusion, this article puts forward an overall framework of urban spatial organization in Tarim River Basin: 'one axis, double core, and five groups'. 展开更多

In the background of a new round reform and western development strategy, making suitability evaluation of construction land complex topography area in southwest China scientifically and accurately has an important guiding significance on the construction of local urban and rural development. We selected economic factor of construction, safety factor of construction, factor of the present situation of land use and ecological protection factor in Tongzi county as evaluation indexes, and ascertained the weight of each elastic indicator using the analytic hierarchy process method. By the support of GIS and RS technology, we combined the single-factor qualitative classification with the multi-factor weighted overlay analysis to make comprehensive suitability evaluation of construction land on the whole study area. And five different types of construction land were divided, namely, ‘excellent', ‘very good', ‘good', ‘moderate' and ‘poor'. The result shows that the area of ‘excellent' construction land is 30.47 km^2(0.95%), 101.46 km^2(3.16%) of ‘very good', 550.34 km^2(17.16%) of ‘good', and 664.69 km^2(20.72%) and 1 860.65 km^2(58.01%) of ‘moderate' and ‘poor', respectively. The land space bearing capacity is a population of 791 600, and the remaining population capacity is 170 900 persons. 展开更多

Building the Yangtze River Economic Belt(YREB)is one of China’s three national development policies in the new era.The ecological environment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt must be protected not only for regional economic development but also for regional ecological security and ecological progress in this region. This paper takes the ecological space of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object, based on land use data in 2010 and 2015,and uses the FLUS model to simulate and predict the ecological space of the research area in 2035.The variation of the research area’s ecological space area and its four sub-zones has remarkable stability under diverse situations. Both the production space priority scenarios(S1)and living space priority scenarios(S2)saw a fall in ecological space area, with the former experiencing the highest reduction(a total reduction of 25,212 km^(2)).Under the ecological space priority scenarios(S3)and comprehensive space optimization scenario(S4),the ecological space area increased, and the ecological space area expanded even more under the former scenario(a total growth of 23,648 km^(2)).In Yunnan-Guizhou,the ecological space is relatively stable, with minimal signs of change. In Sichuan-Chongqing,the Sichuan Basin,Zoige Grassland, and Longmen Mountains were significant regions of area changes in ecological space. In the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, the ecological space changes mainly occur in the Wuyi Mountains,Mufu Mountains, and Dabie Mountains,as well as the surrounding waters of Dongting Lake. The Yangtze River Delta’s changes were mainly observed in the eastern Dabie Mountains and Jianghuai Hills. 展开更多
