The filter only consists of minimum CCII elements and grounded resistors and capacitors. The topology is really simple, and the sensitivity is really low, so it suits full integration. The non idealities of the CCIIs are discussed and the compensations are given. The computer simulation of the transistor level is carried out and the results show that the proposed circuits are effective. 展开更多
