[Objectives]This study aimed to investigate the water extraction-alcohol precipitation technology and content determination method of polysaccharides in Rhizoma Polygonati.[Methods]Taking the content of polysaccharides in the extract as the indicator,the extraction process was optimized using single-factor tests and Box-Behnken Design.The content of polysaccharides extracted was determined by the anthrone-sulfuric acid method.Among the three factors in the test design,the solid/liquid ratio and extraction time had a significant effect(P<0.05,P<0.01),while the extraction temperature had no effect on the content of polysaccharides extracted(P>0.05).[Results]The optimal extraction process for polysaccharides in Rhizoma Polygonati was as follows:liquid/solid ratio 20∶1(mL/g),extraction time 2 h,and extraction temperature 85℃.Under the optimal extraction process,the content of polysaccharides in the extract reached 12.50%.[Conclusions]The extraction process optimized by response surface methodology for polysaccharides in Rhizoma Polygonati is reliable and has practical value,and can be used to guide production practices. 展开更多

Sulfuric acid-phenol and sulfuric acid-anthrone methods were used to detect polysaccharide content in shoots of Aralia elata( Miq.) Sulfuric acid-phenol and sulfuric acid-anthrone methods were used to detect polysaccharide content in shoots of Aralia elata( Miq.) Seem.,and the conversion factor to glucose was measured with refined polysaccharides. Comprehensive evaluation was carried out by linear relationship,precision,reproducibility,stability and recovery rate. The results showed that the linear relationship between glucose concentration and absorbance was good when glucose concentration was0-40 μg/ml,and the average recovery rate was equal to or higher than 97. 00% with good reproducibility( RSD < 1. 60%,n = 5). It revealed that the two methods were accurate and reliable,and suitable for the determination of polysaccharide content in the shoots of A. elata. Polysaccharide content detected by sulfuric acid-phenol and sulfuric acid-anthrone methods was 19. 31% and 20. 40% respectively. 展开更多

Two copper-nickel complexes, {[Cu(i-Pr3TACN)][Ni(CN)4]}2·2H2O (1) and {[Cu(DACH)][Ni(CN)4]}n (2), have been synthesized by the self-assembly reactions of K2[Ni(CN)4] with CuCl2 and the corresponding chelating ligand 1,4,7-triisopropyl-1,4,7- triazacyclononane (i-Pr3TACN) or 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH), respectively. The complexes were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, IR spectra and magnetic properties. Complex 1 presents a [2+2] type of molecular square structure and 2 features a 2D β-pucker structure. The magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Cu(Ⅱ) ions, with the J values of-22.11 and -32.50 cm-1 for 1 and 2. Moreover, by changing the size of macrocyclic ligands we have successfully constructed two different strictures, which may provide useful information for the construction of the structure. 展开更多

[Objectives] To optimize the extraction process and determine the total triterpenoids from Semen Trichosanthis.[Methods]The Box-behnken response surface methodology was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis.And the spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis.[Results] The optimal extraction conditions were solid to liquid ratio of 40∶ 1,ultrasonic time of 20 min,and ultrasonic power of 100 W.Under these conditions,the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis was significantly different among the 10 production areas,among which the No.9 production area(Anhui 1) had the highest total triterpenoids content of 45.71 mg/g,while No.7 production area(Shandong) had the lowest total triterpenoids content of 15.22 mg/g.[Conclusions]The Box-behnken response surface methodology is reliable for the extraction of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis,and the spectrophotometry is proper for determining the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis.There are large differences in the content of total triterpenoids in Semen Trichosanthis produced in different areas. 展开更多

Single factor experimen... The extraction technology of phenolic acid compounds from Salvia miltiorrhiza by ethanol reflux was studied. In this experiment, salvianolic acid B standard was used to make the standard curve. Single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to study the extraction of different ethanol concentrations, reflux times and material-to-liquid ratios. The OD value of salvianolic acid compounds was measured with a spectrophotometer. The extraction rate of phenolic acid compounds under different extraction conditions was calculated through a regression equation, so as to obtain the optimal conditions for the ethanol reflux extraction process of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The experimental data can provide a reference for the ethanol reflux extraction process of salvianolic acids in the industry. According to the experiment, the extraction rate of phenolic acids in Salvia miltiorrhiza was the highest when the ethanol concentration was 60%, the reflux time was 1.5 hours, and the ratio of material-to-liquid was 1:10. 展开更多

[Results] Compared with the data of positive control,P. amurense and the processed products could significantly reduce the high uric acid and creatinine in the serum,and also could resist the swelling in rats. [Conclusions] P. amurense and its processed products showed different degrees of anti-gout effect,and the processing methods were found to have no remarkable impact on this effect. 展开更多

In order to understand IPv6 topology characteristics and dynamic behaviors deeply, and guide the design of IPv6 Internet structure, an Internet IP level topology evolution model (IP-TEM) based on power-law distribution was established. Selected the data of IPv6 IP-level topology from CAIDA Internet Global Research Institute in the year from 2012 to 2016 to analyze the evolution characteristics of IPv6 during the probing period, and then introduced to the characteristic outlier weight to locate the mutation time point to analyze the network topology mutation evolution, it is concluded that the evolution trend of other characteristics and the mutation points of each characteristic outlier weight are basically the same except for the average clustering coefficient. Then simulated the normal evolution and mutation evolution of the network respectively using IP-TEM, the simulation results show that IP-TEM can simulate the normal evolution and partial mutation evolution of the real network. 展开更多

[Objectives]This study was conducted to establish the method for simultaneous determination of six active components.[Methods]Simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,phellodendrine,magnoflorine,jatrorrhizine,palmatine and berberine in Cortex Phellodendri was carried out by HPLC with a Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(1‰acetic acid,2 mmol ammonium acetate)solution in gradient elution.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm,and the column temperature was kept at 25℃and the flow rate was 1 ml/min.[Results]The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid,phellodendrine,magnoflorine,jatrorrhizine,palmatine and berberine were 20.00-320.00,18.75-130.00,25.00-200.00,5.00-100.00,20.00-200.00,and 0.09-1.80 mg/L,respectively.The average recovery was 98.1%,99.4%,97.5%,97.3%,104.0%,and 98.5%,respectively;and the RSDs were 0.5%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.4%,and 0.9%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method is convenient,stable,reliable and suitable for quality control of Cortex Phellodendri. 展开更多

[Methods] The orthogonal design with three levels was carried out with microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrophosphate and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone as three factors to optimize the preparation process. [Results] When microcrystalline cellulose 200 mg/tablet, calcium hydrophosphate 150 mg/tablet, and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone 80 mg/tablet were added, the angle of repose could meet the requirements of tablet pressing, and the dissolution could reach more than 95% in 30 min. The results of the orthogonal test showed that the dissolution effect of self-made tablets was faster than that of commercial products. [Conclusions] The glucosamine hydrochloride chondroitin sulfate tablets prepared by this prescription have better quality. 展开更多

Study on Compound Stabilizer Formulation for Mango Juice with Skin

[Objectives]The effects of stabilizers such as sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,pectin,sodium alginate and xanthan gum on the stability of mango juice with skin were discussed using mango as the raw material.[Methods]The formula and stability of mango beverage with skin were studied using mango juice with skin as the raw material.Four stabilizers,including pectin,sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose,were added to improve the stability of the juice.Based on single factor experiments and a response surface experiment,the stability model of mango juice was established to determine the best compound stabilizer.[Results]According to an orthogonal experiment on the stability of mango juice with skin,the optimum technical parameters were as follows:sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.20%,xanthan gum 0.08%,sodium alginate 0.18%,and pectin 0.14%,with which the optimal suspension stability was 69.12%.The optimum technical parameters from the response surface experiment were as follows:sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 0.199%,pectin 0.1185%,sodium alginate 0.163%,and xanthan gum 0.077%,with which the suspension stability was 70.32%.It was found that the stability of mango juice with skin obtained by the response surface experiment was better than that by the orthogonal experiment,and the order of factors affecting the stability of mango was sodium alginate(C)>sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(A)>pectin(D)>xanthan gum(B).[Conclusions]The formula of compound stabilizer for mango juice was optimized by the orthogonal experiment and the response surface method,providing a theoretical basis for the actual production of mango juice with skin. 展开更多

The optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from A. keiskei were extraction time of 25 min,ethanol concentration of 80%,ultrasonic power of 60 W,solid-to-liquid ratio of 1∶ 20( g/ml),under which the yield of total flavonoids reached 1. 56%. [Objectives]The purpose of this study was to establish a method for the determination of five kinds of flavonoids in trichosanthes peel.[Methods]The contents of rutin,isoquercitrin,quercitrin,quercetin and kaempferol in trichosanthes peel samples collected from different sites were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.With each component as an index,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were performed.[Results]The contents of flavonoids in the trichosanthes peel samples from different sites were different.The cumulative variance contribution rate of isoquercitrin was 95.514%.The results of cluster analysis show that the quality of trichosanthes peel from Anhui was the best.[Conclusions]Taking isoquercitrin as a common factor to carry out content determination will help to better control the quality of trichosanthes peel. 展开更多
