This research presents a novel nature-inspired metaheuristic algorithm called Frilled Lizard Optimization(FLO),which emulates the unique hunting behavior of frilled lizards in their natural habitat.FLO draws its inspiration from the sit-and-wait hunting strategy of these lizards.The algorithm’s core principles are meticulously detailed and mathematically structured into two distinct phases:(i)an exploration phase,which mimics the lizard’s sudden attack on its prey,and(ii)an exploitation phase,which simulates the lizard’s retreat to the treetops after feeding.To assess FLO’s efficacy in addressing optimization problems,its performance is rigorously tested on fifty-two standard benchmark functions.These functions include unimodal,high-dimensional multimodal,and fixed-dimensional multimodal functions,as well as the challenging CEC 2017 test suite.FLO’s performance is benchmarked against twelve established metaheuristic algorithms,providing a comprehensive comparative analysis.The simulation results demonstrate that FLO excels in both exploration and exploitation,effectively balancing these two critical aspects throughout the search process.This balanced approach enables FLO to outperform several competing algorithms in numerous test cases.Additionally,FLO is applied to twenty-two constrained optimization problems from the CEC 2011 test suite and four complex engineering design problems,further validating its robustness and versatility in solving real-world optimization challenges.Overall,the study highlights FLO’s superior performance and its potential as a powerful tool for tackling a wide range of optimization problems. 展开更多

In the present paper are discussed the results of the investigations of the phenylpropanoids of the medicinal plants which are of the great interest as the sources of the neurotropic, adaptogenic, immunostimulating, antioxidative, and hepatoprotective preparations. There were shown the necessity of using of the standard samples of triandrin (Rhodiola rosea L. tissue cultures, Salix viminalis L. barks), rosavin (Rhodiola rosea L. rhizomes), syringin, or eleutheroside B [Eleutherococcus senticosus (Rupr. et Maxim.) Maxim. rhizomes, Syringa vulgaris L. barks], and silybin [Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn. fruits] for purpose of the standardization of the corresponding drugs and pharmaceuticals. It was shown also the significance of γ-schizandrin, chicoric acid, rosmarinic acid and lavandoside for purposes of the standardization of raw material and preparations of Schizandra chinensis Baill. fruits and seeds, Echinacea purpurea (L.) Influence of the stochastic mutagen factor as cancerogenes on the population is shown. In the countries with the homogeneous population and advanced medicine, it inevitably results in growth of death rate of the population from?newgrowths to proportional a root square from time of a life of the population. 背景:六个俄罗斯地区的结核病服务机构实施的结核病(TB)患者社会支持项目。目的:检出病人不依从治疗的危险因素并评价社会支持的可能影响。方法:回顾研究2003年2~3季度期间登记的涂片阳性和阴性的新结核病人。通过病例——对照研究,包... 背景:六个俄罗斯地区的结核病服务机构实施的结核病(TB)患者社会支持项目。目的:检出病人不依从治疗的危险因素并评价社会支持的可能影响。方法:回顾研究2003年2~3季度期间登记的涂片阳性和阴性的新结核病人。通过病例——对照研究,包括不依从治疗病人作为病例组、成功治疗病人作为对照组进行的资料分析,采用多变量logistic回归模型分析。结果:共纳入1805例肺结核(PTB)病人。病人不依从治疗的概率为2.3%-6.3%。经多变量分析,不依从治疗的独立相关危险因素有:失业(OR=4.44;95%CI:2.23-8.86),酗酒(OR=1.99;95%CI: 1.04-3.81),无家可归(OR=3.49;95%CI:1.25-9.77)。社会支持降低了不依从结果(OR=0.13;95%CI:0.06-0.28)。该分析控制了年龄、性别、地区、居住地和痰涂片抗酸染色因素的影响。结论:失业、酗酒和无家可归是增加新结核病患者不依从治疗风险的相关因素,相反,社会支持降低了不依从。在俄罗斯为了评估和确定最佳成本——效益的社会支持对改善结核病人治疗结果的作用进一步进行前瞻性随机研究是必须的,尤其在有较高不依从治疗风险的人群。 展开更多

Influence of selection at presence of hemophilia is considered. On the basis of idea of Danforth and Haldane about the balance mutagenesis and selection at presence of hemophilia, the inter-relation of selection parameter and the equivalent constant mutagen factor is found. This work presents a study of intermolecular interactions using the model of the antigen antibody interactions of the ABO system. Absence of knowledge in the field of the ABO antigen’s behavior as a biomolecule and the integration of these structures into cascade of metabolic and physiological processes create the conditions, which promote a successful using this new model in the future. Molecular recognition and designing are included into the main catalog of computer methods of research, which is called “in silico”. Using PASS system, we describe the possible biological effects of pyruvate, lactate, antigen determinants A and B. Pharmacological effects and molecular mechanisms of influence on activity of the factors regulating inside and intercellular interactions are predicted for such minor components as pyruvate and lactate. Due to variety of the biological effects, glycoproteins A and B are very perspective to study as biological active connections. The obtained knowledge proves that AB0 antigens, as well as other glycoprotein conjugates are important mediators of intercellular adhesion and participants of signal transmission. Using ABO blood group system as a model helped to describe individual differences of parameters—degree and time of the agglutination beginning of antigen/antibody blood types of the AB0—are revealed. 展开更多

It is shown that flow of a blood in a passive elastic tube essentially unstable process accompanying with a flutter of a stream. Biophysical principles of neuroreflex regulation of an arterial bloodstream in cardiovascular system are considered. It is shown that this regulation has dual-purpose character: reduction of the hydraulic resistance and maintenance stable no flutter stream of blood. The reasons of a primary arterial hypertension occurrence, and also some accompanying it physical and physiological phenomena are considered. The surgical method of treatment of the primary arterial hypertension, connected with denervation of renal arteries is substantiated. 展开更多

On the basis of the solution of the Einstein’s equation for a weak gravitational field, the flux of gravitational radiation energy from system of cooperating masses is found. The equation for gravitational waves is found. On the basis of refusal from a stresses tensor into energy-impulse tensor and use of a quantum gravitational eikonal, the quantum form of the energy-impulse tensor in Einstein’s equation is found. The equation for a graviton propagating in a gravitational field of a double star is found. Resonant interaction of a graviton and a gravitational field of a double star are investigated. In modern neuroscience,the most relevant is the study of the problem of reinnervation of tissues after severe injuries.Complete restoration of lost physiological functions is still impossible with lesions of peripheral nerves with the formation of extensive diastasis between their proximal and distal sites.In this case,the standard neurorrhaphy cannot be carried out because of the eruption of the filaments during tension and convergence of the ends.To solve this problem,a technique was developed for autotransplantation of the nerve sections,which is still the gold standard for the reconstruction of extensive nerve defects.However,the presence of significant shortcomings led to the development of the doctrine of the direction of regeneration with the help of conduits.Currently,the use of nerve channels is the most promising technology for peripheral nerve repair after trauma.The most actively developing now is the direction of reinnervation,such as neurotization.Neurotization,in some way,combined all the methods of restoring nerves.The overall goal of all these methods—the restoration of extensive nerve defects—allows them to be combined into a new industry:reinnervating neurosurgery. 展开更多
