The obtained HQSAR （hologram quantitative structure activity relationship）, Topomer CoMFA and CoMSIA （comparative molecular similarity indices analysis） models were robust and had good exterior predictive capabilities. Moreover, QSAR modeling results elucidated that hydrogen bonds highly contributed to the inhibitory activity, then electrostatic and hydrophobic factors. Squared multiple correlation coefficients （R2） of HQSAR, Topomer CoMFA and CoMSIA models were 0.994, 0.978 and 0.996, respectively. Squared cross-validated correlation coefficients （Q2） of HQSAR, Topomer CoMFA and CoMSIA models were in turn 0.951, 919 and 0.820. Furthermore, squared multiple correlation coefficients for the test set （R2test） of HQSAR, CoMFA and CoMSIA models were 0.879, 0.912 and 0.953, respectively. Further- more, compounds No. 8 and 14 showed good inhibitory activity against influenza A virus with IC50 = 835.4 and 860.6 μg/mL. Then, to investigate interactions between NIs and neuraminidase （NA）, molecular docking was performed. Docking results indicated that Arg118, Asp151, Arg292 and Arg371 were the key residues in the active pocket of 2ht8. Main influencing factors of interactions between NIs and NA were hydrogen bond and electrostatic, then hydrophobic factor. Moreover, experimental activities of NIs were consistent with total scores of the docking. In order to understand the chemical-biological interactions governing their activities toward NA, QSAR models of 14 NIs were developed. The ex-traction condition of flavonoids from Houttuynia cordata includes: the extraction temperature is 70℃, solid-liquid ratio is 1:20, solvent is 80% ethanol, extraction time is 65 min. We studied the antioxidation of flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata, and results showed that flavonoids had strong reducing capacity, hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity and the superoxide anion radical scavenging ability, thus can provide a basis for the development of natural antioxidants.展开更多

Gongga) and analyzed for 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) using Gas Chromatography–...Snow samples were collected over a 3-year period from 2012 to 2014 at the Hailuogou glacier of Mountain Gongga(Mt. Gongga) and analyzed for 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) using Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry(GC–MS). The results show that total average levels of the 16 PAHs ranged from 452 to 290 ng·L^(-1) with a possible declining trend from 2012 to 2014. Distances between the sampling sites and the emission sources were estimated at typically less than 500 km. The results suggest that the major source of PAHs was from coal combustion, while contributions from automobile exhaust played an important role in more recent years. This finding was in agreement with the characteristics of presence of local industry, residence, and recent development of tourism of the surrounding areas.展开更多

An empirical study is carried out to compare the teachers’ knowledge level of 91 normal students under three different educational probation modes: tutorial system, non-tutorial system, and routine system. Quantitative analysis shows that except English knowledge, the tutorial system is more conducive to promoting normal students’ mastery of educational theory knowledge, general curriculum knowledge, English curriculum knowledge, English teaching knowledge, and students’ knowledge, and the development of these kinds of knowledge is relatively balanced. This study is helpful for teacher educators to provide guidance and help for pre-service English teachers to maximize the benefits of educational probation.展开更多

The effects of explicit a...8-Oxoguanine （8-oxoG）, a critical mutagenic DNA lesion induced by reactive oxy- gen species, gives rise to a G·C→T·A transversion during replication and thereby must be repaired. The effects of explicit and implicit solvent molecules on the hydrolysis cleavage of N-Glycosidic bond in 8-oxo-7,8-dihydro-2＇-deoxyguanosine （8-oxo-dG） have been systematically clarified in the present work based upon two types of computational models. Detailed potential energy surface （PES） scans and full unconstraint optimizations for all the representative points on PESs were carried out at the B3LYP/6-31＋G（d） level of theory. The effect of implicit solvent was tested by single-point calculation at the SCRF/IEF-PCM model. The results illustrate that the direct hydrolysis model involving one explicit water molecule can’t provide a complete depiction of the hydrolysis process of 8-oxo-dG, attributed to the insufficiency of nucleophile activation and leaving group stabilization. The expansion hydrolysis model involving four explicit water molecules, however, facilitates discrete proton transfer and therefore produces smooth reaction surfaces for both the dissociative （SN1） and concerted （SN2） pathways. The presence of the implicit solvent substantially lowers all activation energies and the SN1 process is more favorable than the SN2 process. The data and insights present here agree well with the experimental results and have given out a baseline for the enzymatic deglycosylation reaction of 8-oxo-dG.展开更多

This compound exhibited reversible photochromism, changing from colorless to blue after irradiation with UV light both in solution and in poly-methyl methacrylate (PMMA) amorphous film. Also, it exhibited remarkable fluorescence switching in the solid state. Using diarylethene 1b/PMMA film as recording medium, polarization optical recording was performed perfectly by a He-Ne laser with 633 nm wavelength. The results demonstrated that it can be potentially used as polarization optical recording medium.展开更多

We studied the antioxidation of flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata, and results showed that flavonoids had strong reducing capacity, hydroxyl free radical scavenging activity and the superoxide anion radical scavenging ability, thus can provide a basis for the development of natural antioxidants.

文摘Snow samples were collected over a 3-year period from 2012 to 2014 at the Hailuogou glacier of Mountain Gongga(Mt. Gongga) and analyzed for 16 priority polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) using Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry(GC–MS). The results show that total average levels of the 16 PAHs ranged from 452 to 290 ng·L^(-1) with a possible declining trend from 2012 to 2014. Distances between the sampling sites and the emission sources were estimated at typically less than 500 km. The results suggest that the major source of PAHs was from coal combustion, while contributions from automobile exhaust played an important role in more recent years. This finding was in agreement with the characteristics of presence of local industry, residence, and recent development of tourism of the surrounding areas.

文摘The equation of state(EOS)of Cr3C2 at high pressure is studied by the synchrotron radiation x-ray diffraction(XRD)in a diamond anvil cell(DAC)at ambient temperature,and density functional theory(DFT).The XRD analysis shows that the orthorhombic structure is maintained to a maximum pressure of 44.5 GPa.The XRD data show that the bulk modulus is K0=292(18)GPa with K0'=3.25(0.85).In addition,the high-pressure compression behavior of Cr3C2 is studied by first principles calculations.The obtained bulk modulus of Cr3C2 is 323(1)GPa.

文摘This paper attempts to explore effective ways of educational probation to promote the professional development of English student teachers. An empirical study is carried out to compare the teachers’ knowledge level of 91 normal students under three different educational probation modes: tutorial system, non-tutorial system, and routine system. Quantitative analysis shows that except English knowledge, the tutorial system is more conducive to promoting normal students’ mastery of educational theory knowledge, general curriculum knowledge, English curriculum knowledge, English teaching knowledge, and students’ knowledge, and the development of these kinds of knowledge is relatively balanced. This study is helpful for teacher educators to provide guidance and help for pre-service English teachers to maximize the benefits of educational probation.

These Chinese women try to break the shackles of fate, with the strength to overcome hardships, work hard to gain wealth, and be brave to pursue true love, so it has a strong sense of feminism. However, rooted in the deep traditional Chinese culture, Xiangxiang and Huanhuan are always struggling between tradition and modernity and they make difficult choices along with the awakening of women’s consciousness.

文摘8-Oxoguanine （8-oxoG）, a critical mutagenic DNA lesion induced by reactive oxy- gen species, gives rise to a G·C→T·A transversion during replication and thereby must be repaired. The effects of explicit and implicit solvent molecules on the hydrolysis cleavage of N-Glycosidic bond in 8-oxo-7,8-dihydro-2＇-deoxyguanosine （8-oxo-dG） have been systematically clarified in the present work based upon two types of computational models. Detailed potential energy surface （PES） scans and full unconstraint optimizations for all the representative points on PESs were carried out at the B3LYP/6-31＋G（d） level of theory. The effect of implicit solvent was tested by single-point calculation at the SCRF/IEF-PCM model. The results illustrate that the direct hydrolysis model involving one explicit water molecule can’t provide a complete depiction of the hydrolysis process of 8-oxo-dG, attributed to the insufficiency of nucleophile activation and leaving group stabilization. The expansion hydrolysis model involving four explicit water molecules, however, facilitates discrete proton transfer and therefore produces smooth reaction surfaces for both the dissociative （SN1） and concerted （SN2） pathways. The presence of the implicit solvent substantially lowers all activation energies and the SN1 process is more favorable than the SN2 process. The data and insights present here agree well with the experimental results and have given out a baseline for the enzymatic deglycosylation reaction of 8-oxo-dG.
文摘The reversible molecule switching of an assymmetrical photochromic diarylethene 1-[2-methy1-5-(3-chlorophenyl)-3-thienyl]-2-(1,2-dimethy1-3-indol) perfluorocyelopentene (1a) has been prepared for the examination of photo-switching, fluorescence switching. This compound exhibited reversible photochromism, changing from colorless to blue after irradiation with UV light both in solution and in poly-methyl methacrylate (PMMA) amorphous film. Also, it exhibited remarkable fluorescence switching in the solid state. Using diarylethene 1b/PMMA film as recording medium, polarization optical recording was performed perfectly by a He-Ne laser with 633 nm wavelength. The results demonstrated that it can be potentially used as polarization optical recording medium.

文摘Since 2008 when the Wenchuan earthquake occurred, media from different countries and regions across the world reported the earthquake so that a less well-known ethnic group of China, the Qiang ethnic minority, has attracted attention around the world. The Qiang ethnic minority could be dated back to the Shang Dynasty （ca. 1600-1046BC）. The long-standing Qiang culture is an important part of those brilliant Chinese cultures. The Qiang’s traditional dress and adornment is an integral part of the Qiang culture, appreciating unique ethnic characteristics and cultural meanings. Being against the backdrop of promoting cultural diversity nowadays, this paper makes a brief introduction to the Qiang’s traditional dress and adornment and gives an explanation of their rich unique cultural meanings so as to present the Qiang’s traditional dress and adornment to the world, facilitate their going out to the world and communication with other cultures in the world, and enrich the world’s ethnic cultures.
文摘In China, it is widely believed that teacher feedback plays a crucial role in EFL writing course, exerting a great impact on the improvement of Chinese EFL students＇ writing abilities so that teachers have been required to deliver feedback on students＇ writings. Teachers, consequently, spare no pains to give feedback, expecting their students would make progress in their writing, but it seems that things go contrary to their wishes. Although there are various complicated factors contributing to the situation, one of the important factors lies in the teachers, a number of whom do not grasp a systematic and effective mechanism of delivering feedback on EFL student writing. Much importance has been attached to Chinese EFL student writing, however, rare attention has been paid to conducting research on concrete ways of delivering feedback on Chinese EFL student writing in China. Therefore, this paper serves to fill the gap, mainly devoting itself to exploring concrete methods of delivering teacher feedback on EFL student writing.
