In this paper,we investigate the peaking issue of extended state observers and the anti-disturbance control problem of tethered aircraft systems subject to the unstable flight of the main aircraft,airflow disturbances and deferred output constraints.Independent of exact initial values,a modified extended state observer is constructed from a shifting function such that not only the peaking issue inherently in the observer is circumvented completely but also the accurate estimation of the lumped disturbance is guaranteed.Meanwhile,to deal with deferred output constraints,an improved output constrained controller is employed by integrating the shifting function into the barrier Lyapunov function.Then,by combining the modified observer and the improved controller,an anti-disturbance control scheme is presented,which ensures that the outputs with any bounded initial conditions satisfy the constraints after a pre-specified finite time,and the tethered aircraft tracks the desired trajectory accurately.Finally,both a theoretical proof and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. 展开更多

This paper studies the countermeasure design problems of distributed resilient time-varying formation-tracking control for multi-UAV systems with single-way communications against composite attacks,including denial-of-services(DoS)attacks,false-data injection attacks,camouflage attacks,and actuation attacks(AAs).Inspired by the concept of digital twin,a new two-layered protocol equipped with a safe and private twin layer(TL)is proposed,which decouples the above problems into the defense scheme against DoS attacks on the TL and the defense scheme against AAs on the cyber-physical layer.First,a topologyrepairing strategy against frequency-constrained DoS attacks is implemented via a Zeno-free event-triggered estimation scheme,which saves communication resources considerably.The upper bound of the reaction time needed to launch the repaired topology after the occurrence of DoS attacks is calculated.Second,a decentralized adaptive and chattering-relief controller against potentially unbounded AAs is designed.Moreover,this novel adaptive controller can achieve uniformly ultimately bounded convergence,whose error bound can be given explicitly.The practicability and validity of this new two-layered protocol are shown via a simulation example and a UAV swarm experiment equipped with both Ultra-WideBand and WiFi communication channels. 展开更多

This paper revisits the problem of bumpless transfer control(BTC) for discrete-time nondeterministic switched linear systems. The general case of asynchronous switching is considered for the first time in the field of BTC for switched systems. A new approach called interpolated bumpless transfer control(IBTC) is proposed, where the bumpless transfer controllers are formulated with the combination of the two adjacent modedependent controller gains, and are interpolated for finite steps once the switching is detected. In contrast with the existing approaches, IBTC does not necessarily run through the full interval of subsystems, as well as possesses the time-varying controller gains(with more flexibility and less conservatism) achieved from a control synthesis allowing for the stability and other performance of the whole switched system. Sufficient conditions ensuring stability and H_(∞) performance of the underlying system by IBTC are developed, and numerical examples verify the theoretical findings. 展开更多

Three cases are discussed: (1) λ 1 is considered as bifurcation parameter, (2) λ 2 is considered as bifurcation parameter, and (3) λ 1 and λ 2 are both considered as bifurcation parameters. According to the definition of transition sets, the whole parametric space is divided into several different persistent regions by the transition sets for different cases. The hypersonic vehicle model is characterized by strong coupling,nonlinearity,and acute changes of aerodynamic parameters,which are challenging for control system design.This study investigates a novel compound control scheme that combines the advantages of the Fractional-Order Proportional-Integral-Derivative(FOPID)controller and Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control(LADRC)for reentry flight control of hypersonic vehicles with actuator faults.First,given that the controller has adjustable parameters,the frequency-domain analysis-method-based parameter tuning strategy is utilized for the FOPID controller and LADRC method(FOLADRC).Then,the influences of the actuator model on the anti-disturbance capability and parameter tuning of the FOLADRC-based closed-loop control system are analyzed.Finally,the simulation results indicate that the proposed FOLADRC approach has satisfactory performance in terms of rapidity,accuracy,and robustness under the normal operating condition and actuator fault condition. 展开更多
