The extraction yield and in vitro antioxidant activities including scavenging effect on hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion free radicals and DPPH were investigated. The results showed that with the increase of ultrasonic power, the yield of the polysaccharides decreased first and then increased. The antioxidant activity of polysaccharides increased first and then decreased with the increase of ultrasonic power. When the power was 400 W, the scavenging effect on superoxide anion and DPPH of the polysaccharides was the strongest, and the scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical was the strongest when the power was 560 W. Therefore, different ultrasonic power could affect the extraction yield and antioxidant activity of Ophiopogon japonicas polysaccharide. It will provide theoretical basis and experimental support for the application of ultrasonic extraction on polysaccharides from Ophiopogon japonicas.展开更多

Using CaCO_(3),Sc_(2)O_(3),and CeO_(2) as raw materials,we prepared the CaSc_(2)O_(4):Ce^(3+)green phosphors for white light LEDs via a high-temperature solid-phase method in a reducing atmosphere.X-ray diffraction(XR...Using CaCO_(3),Sc_(2)O_(3),and CeO_(2) as raw materials,we prepared the CaSc_(2)O_(4):Ce^(3+)green phosphors for white light LEDs via a high-temperature solid-phase method in a reducing atmosphere.X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),fluorescence spectroscopy and other means were used to characterize the phase structure,apparent morphology,and photoluminescence properties of the product.CaSc_(2)O_(4) was synthesized under a reducing atmosphere(95%N_(2)+5%H_(2))at 1400℃ for 4 hours.Upon excitation with a blue light(450 nm wavelength),CaSc_(2)O_(4):Ce^(3+)displays a broadband green emission peak at 525 nm.The color coordinates of CaSc_(2)O_(4):7%Ce^(3+)emission peak are(0.3712,0.5940),and the product morphology is 1μm granular.Hence,it acts as a green phosphor suitable for white LEDs that can be excited by blue light.展开更多
The high temperature deformation behavior and microstructures evolution of TC17 alloy in the temperature range of 820°C - 930°C, strain rate range of 0.01 s-1 - 10 s-1 and height direction reduction of 20% -...The high temperature deformation behavior and microstructures evolution of TC17 alloy in the temperature range of 820°C - 930°C, strain rate range of 0.01 s-1 - 10 s-1 and height direction reduction of 20% - 80% have been studied by hot compressing testing. The microstructures of TC17 alloy were observed and analyzed using Olympus/PMG3 optical microscope. The flow stresses were correlated with strain rate and the temperature by the constitutive equation. The results show that the flow stress of TC17 alloy increase quickly with the strain, then decrease with a steady value. The deformation activation energy obtained in the α + β region for TC17 was 407 kJ/mol, and in the β region was 155 kJ/mol. It was also found that the degree of dynamic globularization of α phase increases with increasing strains, increasing temperature and decreasing strain rate in α + β region, the dynamic re-crystallization is obvious at low strain rate and dynamic recovery is obvious at high strain rate in β region.展开更多
High-precision estimation of lithium battery SOC can effectively optimize vehicle energy management,improve lithium battery safety protection,extend lithium battery cycle life,and reduce new energy vehicle costs.Based...High-precision estimation of lithium battery SOC can effectively optimize vehicle energy management,improve lithium battery safety protection,extend lithium battery cycle life,and reduce new energy vehicle costs.Based on the forgetting factor recursive least square method(FFRLS),Thevenin equivalent circuit model and Singular Value Decomposition-Unscented Kalman Filter(SVD-UKF),the SVD-UKF combined lithium battery SOC estimation algorithm with model capacity update is proposed,aiming at further improving the SOC estimation accuracy of lithium battery.The parameter identification of Thevenin model is studied by using the forgetting factor recursive least square method.To overcoming the shortcomings of Kalman filter linearization error and non-positive definite covariance matrix,the singular value decomposition unscented Kalman filter algorithm is proposed.It is worth mentioning that in order to consider the impact of battery available capacity attenuation on the estimation of lithium battery SOC,the model capacity update algorithm is used to optimize the model parameters and state joint estimation algorithm based on FFRLS&SVD-UKF.Verified by simulation and lithium battery test,the results show that the SVD-UKF algorithm based on model capacity update can accurately estimate the SOC of lithium battery in real time with the available capacity of lithium battery continuous attenuation.The purpose of improving the accuracy of SOC estimation of lithium batteries is achieved.展开更多
An iterative learning control algorithm based on error backward association and control parameter correction has been proposed for a class of linear discrete time-invariant systems with repeated operation characterist...An iterative learning control algorithm based on error backward association and control parameter correction has been proposed for a class of linear discrete time-invariant systems with repeated operation characteristics,parameter disturbance,and measurement noise taking PD type example.Firstly,the concrete form of the accelerated learning law is presented,based on the detailed description of how the control factor is obtained in the algorithm.Secondly,with the help of the vector method,the convergence of the algorithm for the strict mathematical proof,combined with the theory of spectral radius,sufficient conditions for the convergence of the algorithm is presented for parameter determination and no noise,parameter uncertainty but excluding measurement noise,parameters uncertainty and with measurement noise,and the measurement noise of four types of scenarios respectively.Finally,the theoretical results show that the convergence rate mainly depends on the size of the controlled object,the learning parameters of the control law,the correction coefficient,the association factor and the learning interval.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has a faster convergence rate than the traditional PD algorithm under the same conditions.展开更多

The thermal char...The crude polysaccharide UPOJ was extracted by ultrasound from Ophiopogon japonicas and purified by DEAE-cellulose52 column and Sephadex G-150 gel column. Purified polysaccharide UPOJ-DS was obtained. The thermal characteristics of UPOJ-DS were studied by using the thermal analysis system Q1000DSC LNCS FACS Q600SDT. The heating rate was 10°C/min and the test temperature was 20°C ~ 800°C. The results showed that there were three large mass losses in the process of heating, in which the maximum weight loss rate was 66.68% at 220°C ~ 330°C and the decomposition reaction took place in the polysaccharide itself, which indicated that the composition, water content, intermolecular interaction and aggregation behavior of UPOJ-DS were affected by temperature. The surface morphology of UPOJ-DS was observed by environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM). The results indicated that the polysaccharide molecules were lamellar or clastic, with smooth surface, strong intermolecular interaction and close binding.展开更多

In order to improve the levitation force of the samples, a series of single domain YBCO bulk superconductors with different ratios of nanoscale Y2Ba4CuBiOy (YBi2411) inclusions in the solid phase pellet is successfully fabricated by the TSIG technique on the basis of previous research. In the present work, the results of YBCO bulk superconductors with YBi2411 and CeO2 (1 wt%) codoping system indicate that, the optimum doping of YBi2411 is 2 wt%, the size of Y211 particles is reduced compared with the samples without CeO2 doping;the largest levitation force is about 15 N obtained in the samples with optimum YBi2411, which is about two times higher than that of the sample without CeO2 doping. The results are very helpful for the fabrication of high quality single domain YBCO bulk superconductors.展开更多

The prevention and control measures of online rumors from the perspective of self-media are studied in this paper for creating a healthier network environment. Firstly, the concepts of self-media and Internet rumors are briefly summarized. Then, the main characteristics of Internet rumors from the perspective of self-media are analyzed. Finally, the prevention and control measures of online rumors, including strengthening supervision, improving the quality of self-media, and strengthening public identification of rumors, are proposed.

文摘The internalization of motivation in second/foreign language(L2)learning and the use of mock conferences(MCs)to prepare translating and interpreting learners for future professional careers have been widely researched by scholars,but whether MC can facilitate the internalization of T&I learners’motivation is under-researched.Based on self-determination theory(SDT),this thesis investigates the effectiveness of MC in facilitating internalization of motivation through an empirical study which involves a 2-week long pedagogical experiment on two parallel classes of T&I learners taught by the same teacher in their 1st year of graduate study at Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation,Beijing Foreign Studies University.The research shows that compared with traditional teachercentered teaching model,MCs can better facilitate internalization of T&I learners’motivation.This article justifies the use of MCs as a situated approach in interpreting teaching and describes the design of MCs according to the psychological needs of SDT.In addition,the paper offers suggestions for further improvement of MCs design at the postgraduate level.
文摘Worldwide,there has been a number of researchers studying how children acquire two or more languages since bilingualism or multilingualism were increasingly prevalent.China,a monolingual culture is a late participant engaged in the field of bilingualism studies.Recent years witnessed a growing number of Chinese parents who attempted to raise their children bilingual by speaking English to them at home,however,relevant research on bilingualism acquisition in China lagged behind.This article reviews existing studies on early child bilingualism acquisition and bilingual parenting,displays language context in China,and explores solutions to difficulties Chinese parents face.Different from their counterparts in culturally diverse context,these Chinese parents living in a monolingual environment were confronted with unique and more challenges:the quality of English they speak as a second language to children;the quantity of English input;the monolingual environment in China;and resistance to English by children.Solutions are proposed to tackle these issues respectively.

文摘We consider Einstein-Weyl gravity with a minimally coupled scalar field in four dimensional spacetime.Using the minimal geometric deformation(MGD)approach,we split the highly nonlinear coupled field equations into two subsystems that describe the background geometry and scalar field source,respectively.By considering the Schwarzschild-AdS metric as background geometry,we derive analytical approximate solutions of the scalar field and deformation metric functions using the homotopy analysis method(HAM),providing their analytical approximations to fourth order.Moreover,we discuss the accuracy of the analytical approximations,showing they are sufficiently accurate throughout the exterior spacetime.
