Traffic prediction is a necessary function in intelligent transporta-tion systems to alleviate traffic congestion.Graph learning methods mainly focus on the spatiotemporal dimension,but ignore the nonlinear movement of traffic prediction and the high-order relationships among various kinds of road segments.There exist two issues:1)deep integration of the spatiotempo-ral information and 2)global spatial dependencies for structural properties.To address these issues,we propose a nonlinear spatiotemporal optimization method,which introduces hypergraph convolution networks(HGCN).The method utilizes the higher-order spatial features of the road network captured by HGCN,and dynamically integrates them with the historical data to weigh the influence of spatiotemporal dependencies.On this basis,an extended Kalman filter is used to improve the accuracy of traffic prediction.In this study,a set of experiments were conducted on the real-world dataset in Chengdu,China.The result showed that the proposed method is feasible and accurate by two different time steps.Especially at the 15-minute time step,compared with the second-best method,the proposed method achieved 3.0%,11.7%,and 9.0%improvements in RMSE,MAE,and MAPE,respectively. 展开更多

Industrial grade multi-walled carbon nanotubes(IG-MWCNTs) are a low-cost substitute for commercially purified multi-walled carbon nanotubes(P-MWCNTs). In this work, IG-MWCNTs were functionalized with tetraethylenepentamine(TEPA) for CO2capture. The TEPA impregnated IG-MWCNTs were characterized with various experimental methods including N2adsorption/desorption isotherms, elemental analysis, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. Both the adsorption isotherms of IGMWCNTs-n and the isosteric heats of different adsorption capacities were obtained from experiments. TEPA impregnated IG-MWCNTs were also shown to have high CO2adsorption capacity comparable to that of TEPA impregnated P-MWCNTs. The adsorption capacity of IG-MWCNTs based adsorbents was in the range of 2.145 to 3.088 mmol/g, depending on adsorption temperatures. Having the advantages of low-cost and high adsorption capacity, TEPA impregnated IG-MWCNTs seem to be a promising adsorbent for CO2capture from flue gas. 展开更多

A series of self-reducing bifunctional Ni-W/SBA-15 catalysts were synthesized using biomass-based carbon source as the reducing agent without conventional further reduction step. The self-reducing catalysts were performed on the hydrogenolysis of cellulose to low carbon polyols. The effects of calcination temperature and metallic loading contents for cellulose hydrogenolysis reaction were investigated detailedly.The optimal calcination temperature was found to be 673 K by TG analysis. The active metal nanoparticles with a better dispersion were observed using SEM and element mapping technology. The yield of low carbon polyols using the catalyst with the receipt of 10%Ni-15%W/SBA-15-673 K can reach as high as68.14%, of which the ethylene glycol(EG) accounts for 61.04%. 展开更多

Combining first-principles accuracy and empirical-potential efficiency for the description of the potential energy surface(PES)is the philosopher's stone for unraveling the nature of matter via atomistic simulation.This has been particularly challenging for multi-component alloy systems due to the complex and non-linear nature of the associated PES.In this work,we develop an accurate PES model for the Al-Cu-Mg system by employing deep potential(DP),a neural network based representation of the PES,and DP generator(DP-GEN),a concurrent-learning scheme that generates a compact set of ab initio data for training.The resulting DP model gives predictions consistent with first-principles calculations for various binary and ternary systems on their fundamental energetic and mechanical properties,including formation energy,equilibrium volume,equation of state,interstitial energy,vacancy and surface formation energy,as well as elastic moduli.Extensive benchmark shows that the DP model is ready and will be useful for atomistic modeling of the Al-Cu-Mg system within the full range of concentration. 展开更多

The Piaotang deposit is one of the largest vein-type W-polymetallic deposits in southern Jiangxi Province,South China.The coexistence of wolframite and cassiterite is an important feature of the deposit.Based on detailed petrographic observations,microthermometry of fluid inclusions in wolframite,cassiterite and intergrown quartz was undertaken.The inclusions in wolframite were observed by infrared microscope,while those in cassiterite and quartz were observed in visible light.The fluid inclusions in wolframite can be divided into two types:aqueous inclusions with a large vapor-phase proportion and aqueous inclusions with a small vapor-phase ratio.The homogenization temperature(Th)of inclusions in wolframite with large vapor-phase ratios ranged from 280℃ to 390℃,with salinity ranging from 3.1 to 7.2 wt%NaCl eq.In contrast,the Th values of inclusions with small vapor-phase ratios ranged from 216℃ to 264℃,with salinity values ranging from 3.5 to 9.3 wt%NaCl eq.T_(h) values of primary inclusions in cassiterite ranged from 316℃ to 380℃,with salinity ranging from 5.4 to 9.3 wt%NaCl eq.T_(h) values for primary fluid inclusions in quartz ranged from 162℃ to 309℃,with salinity values ranging from 1.2 to 6.7 wt%NaCl eq.The results show that the formation conditions of wolframite,cassiterite and intergrown quartz are not uniform.The evolutionary processes of fluids related to these three kinds of minerals are also significantly different.Intergrown quartz cannot provide the depositional conditions of wolframite and cassiterite.The fluids related to tungsten mineralization for the NaCl-H_(2)O system had a medium-to-high temperature and low salinity,while the fluids related to tin mineralization for the NaCl-H_(2)O system had a high temperature and medium-to-low salinity.The results of this study suggest that fluid cooling is the main mechanism for the precipitation of tungsten and tin. 展开更多

From a two-vortex interaction model in atmospheric and oceanic systems, a nonlocal counterpart with shifted parity and delayed time reversal is derived by a simple AB reduction. To obtain some approximate analytic solutions of this nonlocal system, the multi-scale expansion method is applied to get an AB-Burgers system. Various exact solutions of the AB-Burgers equation, including elliptic periodic waves, kink waves and solitary waves, are obtained and shown graphically.To show the applications of these solutions in describing correlated events, a simple approximate solution for the two-vortex interaction model is given to show two correlated dipole blocking events at two different places. Furthermore, symmetry reduction solutions of the nonlocal AB-Burgers equation are also given by using the standard Lie symmetry method. 展开更多

The dynamics of electron transport in single-layer MoS2 is simulated by employing the single particle Monte Carlo method. Acoustic phonon scattering, optical phonon scattering and Frohlich scattering are taken into account. It is found that the electron mobility decreases from 806cm2 /V.s for a transverse electrical field of 103 Vim to 426/112 cm2 /V.s for a transverse electrical field of 105/107 Vim. Further detailed analysis on carrier dynamics reveals that the low field mobility is dominated by the acoustic phonon scattering while the role of optical phonon scattering is to relax the electron energy below the optical phonon energy by efficient energy relaxation through optical phonon emission. Only when the transverse electrical field is larger than 106 V/m, the mobility can be determined by the optical phonon scattering, leading to a strong mobility degradation. 展开更多

Growth conditions of hydro- ponic bracketplant roots were observed and recorded. [ P-esultl After being treated with the domestication liquid combination of 0.1 × 10 -6 g/L 6-BA + 3. 9× 10-6 g/L NAA, hydroponic bracketplants which fixed by using ceramic substrate was better than others in the number of new roots, root length, root diameter, root activity and other physiological indicators. [ Conclusion] In this research, the effects of plant hormones on the growth of aquatic plant roots were explored, which has important significance to improve the survival rate of hydroponic-cultured plants and expand the hydroponic plant species. 展开更多

The α-decay energies (Qα) are systematically investigated with the nuclear masses for 10 ≤Z ≤120 isotopes obtained by the relativistic continuum Hartree-Bogoliubov (RCHB) theory with the covariant density func- tional PC-PK1, and compared with available experimental values. It is found that the α-decay energies deduced from the RCHB results present a similar pattern to those from available experiments. Owing to the large predicted Qα values (≥4 MeV), many undiscovered heavy nuclei in the proton-rich side and super-heavy nuclei may have large possibilities for α-decay. The influence of nuclear shell structure on α-decay energies is also analysed. 展开更多

The spectroscopic properties and angular momentum geometry of the wobbling motion of a simple triaxial rotor are investigated within the triaxial rotor model. The obtained exact solutions of energy spectra and reduced quadrupole transition probabilities are compared to the approximate analytic solutions from the harmonic approximation formula and Holstein-Primakoff formula. It is found that the low lying wobbling bands can be well described by the analytic formulae. The evolution of the angular momentum geometry as well as the K-distribution with respect to the rotation and the wobbling phonon excitation are studied in detail. It is demonstrated that with the increase of the wobbling phonon number, the triaxial rotor changes its wobbling motions along the axis with the largest moment of inertia to the axis with the smallest moment of inertia. In this process, a specific evolutionary track that can be used to depict the motion of a triaxial rotating nucleus is proposed. 展开更多

Recent studies demonstrate that many avialan features evolved incrementally prior to the origin of the group,but the presence of some of these features,such as bird-like brooding behaviours,remains contentious in non-avialan dinosaurs.Here we report the first non-avialan dinosaur fossil known to preserve an adult skeleton atop an egg clutch that contains embryonic remains.The preserved positional relationship of the adult to the clutch,coupled with the advanced growth stages of the embryos and their high estimated incubation temperatures,provides strong support for the brooding hypothesis.Furthermore,embryos in the clutch are at different developmental stages,suggesting the presence of asynchronous hatching—a derived feature even among crown-group birds—in non-avialan theropods.These findings demonstrate that the evolution of reproductive biology along bird-line archosaurs was a complex rather than a linear and incremental process,and suggest that some aspects of non-avialan theropod reproduction were unique to these dinosaurs. 展开更多

We compute the superfluid density of a two-dimensional boson system with weak two-body repulsive interactions at zero temperature using one-loop perturbation theory in the weak coupling region. The boson fields are taken to be in continuum form in real space, and the interactions are approximated by a δ function of the distance between the bosons. We find that the one-loop fluctuations slightly decrease the superfluid density of a classical level. The superfluid density is approximated by the condensate density multiplied by the mass of the boson particle. 展开更多
