ZSM-5 with hierarchical pore structure was synthesized by a simple two-step hydrothermal crystallization from silica fume without using any organic ammonium templates.The synthesized ZSM-5 were oval shaped particles w...ZSM-5 with hierarchical pore structure was synthesized by a simple two-step hydrothermal crystallization from silica fume without using any organic ammonium templates.The synthesized ZSM-5 were oval shaped particles with a particle size about 2.0 μm and weak acid-dominated with proper Brønsted(B)and Lewis(L)acid sites.The ZSM-5 was used for catalytic co-cracking of n-octane and guaiacol,lowdensity polyethylene(LDPE)and alkali lignin(AL)to enhance the production of benzene,toluene,ethylbenzene and xylene(BTEX).The most significant synergistic effect occurred at n-octane/guaiacol at 1:1 and LDPE/AL at 1:3,under the condition,the achieved BTEX selectivity were 24%and 33%(mass)higher than the calculated values(weighted average).The highest BTEX selectivity reached 88.5%,which was 3.7%and 54.2%higher than those from individual cracking LDPE and AL.The synthesized ZSM-5 exhibited superior catalytic performance compared to the commercial ZSM-5,indicating potential application prospect.展开更多

[Objectives]To study the inhibitory activity of two flavonoid glycosides isolated from Chlorophytum comosum Laxum R.Br on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)cell line 5-8F in vitro and its mechanism.[Methods]The flavo...[Objectives]To study the inhibitory activity of two flavonoid glycosides isolated from Chlorophytum comosum Laxum R.Br on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)cell line 5-8F in vitro and its mechanism.[Methods]The flavonoid glycosides were isolated and purified from the ethanol alcoholic extract of the roots of Liliaceae plant Chlorophytum comosum by silica gel column chromatography,macroporous resin column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20,and reverse column chromatography(ODS).The inhibitory activity of flavonoid glycosides on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells was analyzed by CCK-8 method,and the potential mechanism was preliminarily analyzed by molecular docking.[Results]Two flavonoid glycosides were identified as isovitexin 2″-0-rhamnoside and 7-2″-di-O-β-glucopyranosylisovitexin.Two flavonoid glycosides showed promising inhibitory effect on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line 5-8F,with IC_(50) values of 24.8 and 27.5μmol/L,respectively.Molecular docking results showed that the potential targets of two flavonoid glycosides include CyclinD1,Bcl-2β-Catenin,ILK,TGF-β,in addition,two glycosides showed higher predicted binding affinity towards CyclinD1,which verifies the cytotoxicity of the two compounds on human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line 5-8F in vitro.[Conclusions]Two flavonoid glycosides are the active molecules in Chlorophytum comosum that can inhibit the proliferation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells,and have the potential to be used in the research and development of anti nasopharyngeal carcinoma drugs.展开更多

[Objectives]To study the phosphorus removal performance of phosphate accumulating organisms(PAOs).[Methods]Activated sludge from domestic sewage treatment plant was used as the strain source,and phosphate accumulating...[Objectives]To study the phosphorus removal performance of phosphate accumulating organisms(PAOs).[Methods]Activated sludge from domestic sewage treatment plant was used as the strain source,and phosphate accumulating organisms were screened by plate streaking method and dilution coating plate method.Six kinds of excellent phosphate accumulating organisms were obtained by metachromatic granule staining experiment,total phosphorus experiment and simulated sewage phosphorus removal experiment to assist the observation of bac-terial morphology and experiment of phosphorus removal capacity.In addition,the influencing factors of phosphorus removal capacity(nitrogen source,trace metal ions)were analyzed.[Results]In the case of simulated sewage,the phosphorus removal rate of strain b was the highest,reaching 66.25%,while the phosphorus removal rate of strain e and f was about 10%lower than that of the phosphorus uptake experiment.[Conclusions]This study is expected to provide a theoretical reference for the gradual optimization of the screening method of phosphorus re-moval bacteria in domestic sewage treatment.展开更多

The abandonment of cultivated land in southern China was gradually obvious.This research aims to provide a reference for solving the abandonment of cultivated land in hilly regions and promote rural development in Chi...The abandonment of cultivated land in southern China was gradually obvious.This research aims to provide a reference for solving the abandonment of cultivated land in hilly regions and promote rural development in China.We examined Longnan county located in the hilly regions of southern China as an example,where abandoned cultivated land is very common.We analyzed its land use data with a field survey to identify the abandoned cultivated land and geospatial characteristics.From the two aspects of social and natural factors,we analyzed the factors driving cultivated land abandonment with the help of Geodetector.The results showed that in 2019,the total area of the abandoned cultivated land in Longnan county was 4,962.35 hm^(2),covering 39.51% of this region.Among the topographic factors,the abandonment rate is positively correlated with elevation and slope gradient,but not with slope direction.Among the land parcel conditions,the abandonment rate is positively correlated with the access to road network and cultivation distance from settlement.At the county level,the abandonment of cultivated land in study area was affected by multiple factors,among which,the direct factor was the reduction in the labor force,such as the decrease of farming laborers and the increase of female population,which made farming unsustainable.Changes in production factors also promoted transformations in farmers’motivation to engage in production,such as the decrease of grain crops and the increase of cash crops,which was the indirect factor affecting cultivated land abandonment.The development of the rural nonagricultural industry affected farmers’enthusiasm,such as the decrease of farming households,which was the fundamental factor leading to cultivated land abandonment in this area.展开更多

The next-generation energy storage systems such as fuel cells,metal-air batteries,and alkali metal(Li,Na)-chalcogen(S,Se)batteries have received increasing attention owing to their high energy density and low cost.How...The next-generation energy storage systems such as fuel cells,metal-air batteries,and alkali metal(Li,Na)-chalcogen(S,Se)batteries have received increasing attention owing to their high energy density and low cost.However,one of the main obstacles of these systems is the poor reaction kinetics in the involved chemical reactions.Therefore,it is essential to incorporate suitable and efficient catalysts into the cell.These years,single-atom catalysts(SACs)are emerging as a frontier in catalysis due to their maximum atom efficiency and unique reaction selectivity.For SACs fabrication,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been confirmed as promising templates or precursors due to their high metal loadings,structural adjustability,porosity,and tailorable catalytic site.In this review,we summarize effective strategies for fabricating SACs by MOFs with corresponding advanced characterization techniques and illustrate the key role of MOFs-based SACs in these batteries by explaining their reaction mechanisms and challenges.Finally,current applications,prospects,and opportunities for MOFs-based SACs in energy storage systems are discussed.展开更多

文摘Based on the four dimensions of PCK,this paper investigates the professional development of rural PE teachers in Huaiji County by using the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics.Based on PCK related theories,this paper analyzes the current situation of professional development of rural PE teachers in Huaiji County,explores the problems existing in the process of professional development,and provides an optimal path for the professional development of rural PE teachers,so as to improve the teaching ability and classroom quality of rural PE teachers,and promote the further development of rural PE education under the background of new curriculum reform.Through the research,it is found that the shortcomings of rural PE teachers are:lack of situational knowledge;lack of understanding of the course content;not flexible use of teaching representation;low ability to identify the differences of students learning styles;lack of understanding of social environment,etc.

文摘The development types of traditional village B&B can be divided into spontaneous style,scenic area driven style and new rural construction led style.The development of B&B in Jinlin Village has certain livable environment and resource conditions,good location,profound cultural heritage and government support.It has experienced three stages of construction,namely scenic spot development,civilized village and new countryside.The development type of B&B in Jinlin Village belongs to the dual type of scenic spot driving and new countryside construction.However,over construction has negative impact on the development of B&B.Four planning strategies are put forward,including protecting and activating the traditional houses,increasing the green space to isolate and buffer the impact of new houses on traditional dwellings,opening up new lakeside residential area,and fully protecting and utilizing peripheral farmlands.

文摘The soil heavy metals(Hg and As)in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing City were determined by AFS200 T atomic fluorescence spectropho-tometer,and the soil environment in Duanzhou District was evaluated by several evaluation methods of soil heavy metal pollution,such as single factor index method,pollution load index method and Nemerow comprehensive pollution index method.Finally,according to the data and conclu-sions,the soil pollution situation in Duanzhou District of Zhaoqing was analyzed.The results will let more people pay attention to the changes of the environment and realize the harm of the environment,and the government can formulate a new plan conducive to the coordinated development of the environment and economy.

文摘With the acceleration of urbanization, urban parks have also developed as an important part of the urbanization. Urban parks are not only important green space for beautifying the urban environment, but become the space for urban residents to stroll about, playing an important role in improving people's quality of life. In order to improve the service efficiency of urban parks, the urban parks were studied from the perspective of the satisfaction of tourists. In this paper, Memorial Archway Park in Zhaoqing was selected for research, factors influencing tourist satisfaction with urban parks were evaluated from six aspects, namely landscape quality, infrastructure, recreation facilities, recreational environment, service level, and accessibility, the problems that caused the tourists to be dissatisfied with the urban park were summarized, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.

文摘Guangfu traditional villages in Zhaoqing have the basic characteristics of general Guangfu villages,and are more closely related to mountains and waters.Guangfu traditional villages are now facing such problems as various destruction,hollowing out and economic backwardness.In the context of beautiful countryside construction,it is advisable to adopt the regeneration method combining protection with economic and social development.Taking Baiyunkeng Village,a Guangfu village in Zhaoqing mountainous area as an example,the corresponding regenerative planning scheme and design methods are put forward.

文摘Minimal intervention is a method of traditional village protection.It refers to reducing human intervention in traditional villages as much as possible.If it is unavoidable,minimal intervention should be carried out in accordance with the purpose of village development under the premise of maintaining the village style.The method is effective and feasible to the traditional villages facing the dual choice of protection and development in China.Shizhai Village is a traditional village with local cultural characteristics,whose natural landscape has obvious advantages.Combining analysis of government objectives and higher-level planning,regional homestay development background,and location conditions,construction planning of Shizhai Village’s homestay based onminimal intervention was put forward.The main idea of the planning is to propose three measures of non-intervention,low-degree intervention and intervention according to different land conditions.

文摘The good service experience,entertainment facilities and overall environment of a scenic spot,as well as the spending that tourists feel the value for money,will all affect tourists’ own tourism experience and thus affect their revisit intention A questionnaire survey was conducted to Dinghu Mountain tourists,and different analysis methods of SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software were used to analyze the results of the questionnaire.The results showed that the tourism experience value and its dimensions had a positive impact on revisit intention,that is,hedonism,return on investment,aesthetic sensibility and service superiority of tourism experience value had a positive impact on revisit intention.The results will provide the theoretical guidance for Dinghu Mountain Scenic Spot to attach importance to tourist experience and to take corresponding measures to improve tourist experience.

文摘Town Planning Board of Zhaoqing passed the Planning and Design of Xiawan Urban Wetland Park in Zhaoqing City in 2012,and Xiawan Reservoir,located at the junction of Duanzhou District and Dinghu District,would be built into a wetland park at that time.To understand water quality status near the wetland park,according to relevant requirements of the Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment:Surface Water Environment(HJ/T 2.3-93),the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002),and the Technical Specification for Environmental Monitoring issued by the State Environmental Protection Administration,Xiawan Reservoir,Houlichong and the Xijiang River were investigated,monitored and evaluated.

文摘The abandonment of cultivated land in southern China was gradually obvious.This research aims to provide a reference for solving the abandonment of cultivated land in hilly regions and promote rural development in China.We examined Longnan county located in the hilly regions of southern China as an example,where abandoned cultivated land is very common.We analyzed its land use data with a field survey to identify the abandoned cultivated land and geospatial characteristics.From the two aspects of social and natural factors,we analyzed the factors driving cultivated land abandonment with the help of Geodetector.The results showed that in 2019,the total area of the abandoned cultivated land in Longnan county was 4,962.35 hm^(2),covering 39.51% of this region.Among the topographic factors,the abandonment rate is positively correlated with elevation and slope gradient,but not with slope direction.Among the land parcel conditions,the abandonment rate is positively correlated with the access to road network and cultivation distance from settlement.At the county level,the abandonment of cultivated land in study area was affected by multiple factors,among which,the direct factor was the reduction in the labor force,such as the decrease of farming laborers and the increase of female population,which made farming unsustainable.Changes in production factors also promoted transformations in farmers’motivation to engage in production,such as the decrease of grain crops and the increase of cash crops,which was the indirect factor affecting cultivated land abandonment.The development of the rural nonagricultural industry affected farmers’enthusiasm,such as the decrease of farming households,which was the fundamental factor leading to cultivated land abandonment in this area.

文摘The paper discusses the statistical inference problem of the compound Poisson vector process(CPVP)in the domain of attraction of normal law but with infinite covariance matrix.The empirical likelihood(EL)method to construct confidence regions for the mean vector has been proposed.It is a generalization from the finite second-order moments to the infinite second-order moments in the domain of attraction of normal law.The log-empirical likelihood ratio statistic for the average number of the CPVP converges to F distribution in distribution when the population is in the domain of attraction of normal law but has infinite covariance matrix.Some simulation results are proposed to illustrate the method of the paper.

文摘The next-generation energy storage systems such as fuel cells,metal-air batteries,and alkali metal(Li,Na)-chalcogen(S,Se)batteries have received increasing attention owing to their high energy density and low cost.However,one of the main obstacles of these systems is the poor reaction kinetics in the involved chemical reactions.Therefore,it is essential to incorporate suitable and efficient catalysts into the cell.These years,single-atom catalysts(SACs)are emerging as a frontier in catalysis due to their maximum atom efficiency and unique reaction selectivity.For SACs fabrication,metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have been confirmed as promising templates or precursors due to their high metal loadings,structural adjustability,porosity,and tailorable catalytic site.In this review,we summarize effective strategies for fabricating SACs by MOFs with corresponding advanced characterization techniques and illustrate the key role of MOFs-based SACs in these batteries by explaining their reaction mechanisms and challenges.Finally,current applications,prospects,and opportunities for MOFs-based SACs in energy storage systems are discussed.

文摘In optimization theory,the adaptive control of the optimization process is an important goal that people pursue.To solve this problem,this study introduces the idea of neutrosophic decision-making into classical heuristic algorithm,and proposes a novel neutrosophic adaptive clustering optimization thought,which is applied in a novel neutrosophic genetic algorithm(NGA),for example.The main feature of NGA is that the NGA treats the crossover effect as a neutrosophic fuzzy set,the variation ratio as a structural parameter,the crossover effect as a benefit parameter and the variation effect as a cost parameter,and then a neutrosophic fitness function value is created.Finally,a high order assignment problem in warehousemanagement is taken to illustrate the effectiveness of NGA.
