The roof steel structure of group C project of Zibo cultural center is composed of steel truss,welded H-shaped steel and large-diameter steel pipe embedded parts.The construction of embedded parts of inclined cylinder...The roof steel structure of group C project of Zibo cultural center is composed of steel truss,welded H-shaped steel and large-diameter steel pipe embedded parts.The construction of embedded parts of inclined cylinder overhanging steel structure is difficult.The stair square tube ladder beam requires precise angles and radians,complex processing,and construction site setting out is difficult.A three-dimensional visual building information model has been established for this projects which includes several aspects which are as follows:the development of the post anchor construction technology of large steel sleeve embedded parts with inclined cylinders based on Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,multi discipline synthesis and collision optimization,the net height optimization of electromechanical pipelines,fine reinforcement management,BIM virtual construction template.Through this planning,14908 pipeline collisions,including 236 major collisions have been eliminated.BIM is used in handling and solving problems with the construction unit and the supervision company.This greatly improves the project work efficiency and saves meeting time.Through optimization of electromechanical line collision and secondary masonry layout,more than RMB 9 million has been saved in terms of personnel and materials,effectively reducing material losses,saving manpower,and significantly improving the implementation efficiency of the project.Based on the on-site simulation,the project planning scheme of the enterprise was adjusted,efficient work allocation with less idle time were ensured,and the correct utilization of project funds and time were ensured.The original extensive annual control and monthly control have been dynamically and accurately controlled to realize the dynamic understanding of the profits and losses of the project,and effectively reduce the occurrence of non-ideal situations.展开更多

Objective: To comprehensively understand the impact of the quality of life of elderly nurses in two selected elderly care institutions in Zibo city, Shandong province, and to provide a scientific basis for improving t...Objective: To comprehensively understand the impact of the quality of life of elderly nurses in two selected elderly care institutions in Zibo city, Shandong province, and to provide a scientific basis for improving the professional quality of life of elderly nurses. Methods: The convenient sampling method was used to investigate the professional quality of life (proQOL) questionnaire Version 5 and the self-designed demographic data of 82 elderly nurses working in two elderly care institutions. Result: From this score, it can be seen that the occupational burnout problem of elderly nursing staff in the two nursing homes is the most significant, with empathy and secondary trauma emergency at a moderate level. After controlling the demographic variables, the working hours and monthly income level had a significant impact on nurses’ job burnout. Conclusion: Due to the particularity and high intensity of elderly nurses’ work, their physical and mental health faces many challenges, which affect their quality of life. At present, efforts will be made to reduce work pressure, increase wages and benefits, and thereby improve the quality of life.展开更多

The effects of Fe3+ concentration and redox potential on chemical leaching of sphalerite were investigated. The shrinking core model was applied to analyze the experimental results. It was found that both the Fe3+ concentration and the redox potential controlled the chemical leaching rate of sphalerite. A new kinetic model was developed, in which the chemical leaching rate of sphalerite was proportional to Fe3+ concentration and Fe3+ /Fe2+ ratio. All the model parameters were evaluated from the experimental data. The model predictions fit well with the experimental observed values.展开更多
In this paper,the effects of pore-size of SBA-15 on the adsorption kinetics and equilibrium of large protein molecules Bovine serum albumin(BSA)and lysozyme(LYS)have been investigated.The mesoporous molecular sieve SB...In this paper,the effects of pore-size of SBA-15 on the adsorption kinetics and equilibrium of large protein molecules Bovine serum albumin(BSA)and lysozyme(LYS)have been investigated.The mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 with six different pore sizes were synthesized with P123 triblock copolymer as the template agent,and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene(TMB)and isopropyl alcohol as the pore-expanding agent.The samples were characterized by N2 adsorption/desorption,Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD).It is found that BSA and LYS were adsorbed rapidly on SBA-15 materials with large pores.The BSA adsorption capacity of sieve with the pore diameter of 21.4 nm reached 500 mg·g-1 within 25 minutes.However,if the pore diameter was smaller than 14 nm,the BSA adsorption capacity of the sieve was only about 220 mg·g-1.The adsorption equilibrium data fits in the Langmuir model,where the coefficient of effective use of specific area of mesoporous molecular sieve was found to be 0.03,0.18,0.37 and 0.48,corresponding to the pore diameter of 10.1 nm,13.2 nm,15.4 nm and 21.4 nm,respectively.The equilibrium loading amount of LYS on SBA-15 materials with pore size of 15.4 nm could be up to 1000 mg·g-1.The coefficient of effective use of surface area of mesoporous molecular sieve with diameter of 3.9 nm,7.4 nm,10.1 nm,13.2 nm and 15.4 nm was 0.10,0.47,0.56,0.71 and 0.79,respectively.It is also noted that greater pore size of mesoporous molecular sieve would lead to a higher coefficient of effective use of surface area.展开更多

文摘This work presents a study for chemical leaching of sphalerite concentrate under various constant Fe3+ concentrations and redox potential conditions. The effects of Fe3+ concentration and redox potential on chemical leaching of sphalerite were investigated. The shrinking core model was applied to analyze the experimental results. It was found that both the Fe3+ concentration and the redox potential controlled the chemical leaching rate of sphalerite. A new kinetic model was developed, in which the chemical leaching rate of sphalerite was proportional to Fe3+ concentration and Fe3+ /Fe2+ ratio. All the model parameters were evaluated from the experimental data. The model predictions fit well with the experimental observed values.

文摘In this paper,the effects of pore-size of SBA-15 on the adsorption kinetics and equilibrium of large protein molecules Bovine serum albumin(BSA)and lysozyme(LYS)have been investigated.The mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 with six different pore sizes were synthesized with P123 triblock copolymer as the template agent,and 1,3,5-trimethylbenzene(TMB)and isopropyl alcohol as the pore-expanding agent.The samples were characterized by N2 adsorption/desorption,Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),Transmission Electron Microscopy(TEM)and X-Ray Diffraction(XRD).It is found that BSA and LYS were adsorbed rapidly on SBA-15 materials with large pores.The BSA adsorption capacity of sieve with the pore diameter of 21.4 nm reached 500 mg·g-1 within 25 minutes.However,if the pore diameter was smaller than 14 nm,the BSA adsorption capacity of the sieve was only about 220 mg·g-1.The adsorption equilibrium data fits in the Langmuir model,where the coefficient of effective use of specific area of mesoporous molecular sieve was found to be 0.03,0.18,0.37 and 0.48,corresponding to the pore diameter of 10.1 nm,13.2 nm,15.4 nm and 21.4 nm,respectively.The equilibrium loading amount of LYS on SBA-15 materials with pore size of 15.4 nm could be up to 1000 mg·g-1.The coefficient of effective use of surface area of mesoporous molecular sieve with diameter of 3.9 nm,7.4 nm,10.1 nm,13.2 nm and 15.4 nm was 0.10,0.47,0.56,0.71 and 0.79,respectively.It is also noted that greater pore size of mesoporous molecular sieve would lead to a higher coefficient of effective use of surface area.
