Correlation study between the changes of motor evoked potential and the improvement of spinal canal volume in minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion

Objective:To analyze the correlation between the amplitude changes of motor evoked potential(MEP),the 3D volume changes of spinal canal measuring by postoperative CT and the improvement rate of clinical symptoms after the spinal canal decompression in minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion(MIS-TLIF),and to explore the predictive value of the changes of both MEP amplitude and spinal canal volume in the assessment of long-term clinical prognosis in MIS-TLIF.Methods:A retrospective study of 68 patients with L4/5 spinal stenosis treated with MIS-TLIF was performed.The changes of both intraoperative MEP amplitude and 3D spinal canal volume during the spinal canal decompression,as well as the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores in the long-term follow-up were all recorded.Results:The values of intraoperative MEP amplitude was 159.04%higher in 68 patients with MIS-TLIF after spinal canal decompression(P<0.01).The 3 postoperative 3D spinal canal volume(4.89±1.27)cm increased by 31.22%in comparison 3 with preoperative date(3.78±1.08)cm(P<0.01).The VAS and ODI scores were improved to 78.55%and 80.60%,respectively at the last follow-up(P<0.01).The improvement rate of MEP amplitude on the decompression side was positively correlated with the improvement rate of postoperative spinal canal volume(r=0.272,P=0.025).The improvement rate of postoperative spinal canal volume was positively correlated with the improvement rate of VAS and ODI at the last follow-up(r=0.656,r=0.490,P<0.01).Moreover,the improvement rate of MEP amplitude on the decompression side was also positively correlated with the improvement rate of VAS and ODI at the last follow-up(r=0.322 and 0.235,respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of MEP amplitude after spinal canal decompression in patients with lumbar spinal stenosis treated by MIS-TLIF was closely correlated with both of the increase of spinal canal volume and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Therefore,MEP amplitude monitoring was not only the one of the important monitoring methods for predicting the prognosis of MIS-TLIF but also the reliably predictive value in the long-term clinical prognosis in MIS-TLIF. 展开更多

Relationship between microRNA‑29c expression and clinicopathological features of gastric cancer

Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of miR-29c and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer and predict the biological functions of target genes of miR-29c.Methods:The expression and clinical data of microRNA of gastric cancer were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)to analyze the expression of miR-29c in gastric cancer tissues and normal gastric mucosal tissues.Paraffin specimens of gastric cancer and normal tissues were collected to make tissue microarray.The expression of miR-29c in gastric cancer tissues and normal tissues were detected by miRNAscope technique.The relationship between the expression of miR-29c and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer was analyzed by chi-square test.Target genes of miR-29c were predicted by TargetScan,Pictar,miRTarbase and Starbase databases,and enrichment analysis were performed on potential target genens.Results:TCGA analysis showed that the expression of miR-29c was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissue(n=434)than normal tissues(n=41,P<0.001).miRNAscope analysis showed that the expression of miR-29c was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissue than normal tissues(P<0.001),and was significantly associated with TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and histological type of gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).Database predicted 18 potential target genes that were enriched in DNA methyltransferase activity and cancer-associated miRNA signal pathways.Conclusion:miR-29c was expressed at a low level in gastric cancer tissue and associated with TNM staging,lymph node metastasis and histological type,and could become a potential prognosis marker of gastric cancer and a new target of molecular treatment. 展开更多

Meta-analysis of the impact of hyperuricemia on contrast agent-related acute kidney injury after percutaneous coronary intervention

Objective:To evaluate the impact of hyperuricemia on the occurrence of contrast agentrelated acute kidney injury after percutaneous coronary intervention.Methods:Retrieve PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases,and publish articles on the correlation between hyperuricemia and contrast agent-related acute kidney damage after percutaneous coronary intervention from the establishment of the database to August 162023.Two researchers independently conducted literature screening and data extraction to evaluate the bias risk of inclusion in the study,and conducted metaanalysis using Review Manager 5.4 software.Results:A total of 12 articles were included,including 11676 patients.The meta-analysis results showed that compared with patients without hyperuricemia,patients with hyperuricemia had a higher risk of developing PC-AKI,with an incidence rate of 22.3%.Hyperuricemia was a risk factor for the occurrence of PCAKI(OR=2.03,95%CI:1.58-2.61);Patients with hyperuricemia have a higher risk of death after PC-AKI,with a mortality rate of 7.5%.Hyperuricemia is a risk factor for early death in PC-AKI patients(OR=2.33,95%CI:1.81-3.00);The probability of CRRT treatment after PCAKI in patients with hyperuricemia is higher,at 3.14%.Hyperuricemia is an influencing factor for CRRT treatment in PC-AKI patients(OR=7,95%CI:2.83-17.30).Conclusion:Existing research evidence suggests that the presence of hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for the occurrence of PC-AKI,and it significantly increases the hospital mortality rate and the risk of renal replacement therapy in PC-AKI patients. 展开更多

Objective:To establish extensively drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa(XDR-PA)infection-induced pneumonia model in rats.Methods:Twenty-four male SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,low bacterial group,medium bacterial group,and high bacterial group.The low,medium and high bacterial groups were given intratracheal instillation of 0.1 mL of bacterial suspension(bacterial concentration in turn is 7.5×10^(9),3×10^(10),6×10^(10)CFU/mL),while the blank group were given the same volume of sterile normal saline.After modeling,the general conditions of rats in each group were observed,including mental state,hair,respiration,activity,eating,weight,and the survival curve was drawn.The pathological characteristics of lung tissue and the infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed.Pathogenic identification of each group was carried out by bacterial culture of lung tissue homogenate.Results:The general state of the blank group was normal,and the rats in other groups showed signs of mental depression,bristling,shortness of breath,even oral and nasal bleeding,decreased food intake and activity,and significant weight loss,and different degrees of death within 48 hours,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pathological results showed that the alveolar structure of rats in the blank group was complete,and the alveolar space was clear without exudation.The lung tissue of the low and medium bacterial groups showed obvious inflammatory cell infiltration,alveolar structure destruction,alveolar septum thickening,interstitial edema,but the pathological damage of the medium group was more severe,with a mortality rate of up to 50%,and the mortality rate of the low bacterial group was 17%.In the high bacterial group,red blood cells,inflammatory cells and a large amount of fibrin-like exudation can be seen in the alveolar space,which has the pathological characteristics of acute respiratory failure,and the mortality rate is as high as 67%.The results of bacterial culture of lung tissue homogenate showed that the blank group had no bacterial colonies,while PA colony growth can be seen in low,medium and high bacterial groups.Conclusion:9 Intratracheal instillation of low bacterial count(0.1 mL of 7.5×10^(9) CFU/mL)XDR-PA bacterial suspension can successfully construct a rat pneumonia model of XDR-PA infection. 展开更多

Systematic review and meta-analysis of efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Gexia Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods:Four Chinese databases(CNKI,CMB,Wanfang,VIP)and four English databases(PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,Medline)were searched to screen randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Gexia Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of NAFLD.The enrollment of RCTs is from the starting date of database establishment till November 2,2022.and clinical registration tests and grey literatures were also searched.RCTs screening and relevant data exreacting were based on preset criteria.RevMan5.4.1 software was used for risk of bias assessment and Meta analysis of the included studies.Results:Eleven RCTs were included finally having 963 patients with NAFLD,including 499 in experimental group and 494 in control group.Meta-analysis results showed that GexiaZhuyu Decoction alone or combining with other medications for the treatment of NFALD was superior to that in control group in terms of total effective rate[RR=1.23,95%CI[1.16,1.31],Z=6.58(P<0.05)].Improve liver function index significantly:ALT[subgroup①WMD=-14.93,95%CI[-18.66,-9.42],Z=7.84(P<0.01);subgroup②WMD=-3.97,95%CI[-8.01,0.07],AST[subgroup①WMD=-13.25,95%CI[-18.10,-8.41],Z=5.36(P<0.05);subgroup②WMD=-2.70,95%CI[-6.94,1.54],Z=1.25(P>0.05)];GGT[WMD=-9.30,95%CI[-15.78,-2.81],Z=2.81(P<0.05)].Moreover,patients with therapy obviously decreased hepatic fibrosis index:桇-C[SMD=-1.15,95CI%[-1.48,-0.81],Z=6.77(P<0.05)],LN[SMD=-1.49,95CI%[-2.23,-0.75],Z=3.97(P<0.05)].Effectively reduce the level of LDL-C[WMD=-0.30,95CI%[-0.54,-0.06],Z=2.48(P<0.05)]and improve the rate of ultrasound renormalization[RR=1.94,95%CI[1.45,2.60],Z=4.48(P<0.05)].However,existing data cannot prove that the effect of reducing TC,TG and BMI in the treatment group is better than that in the control group:TC[WMD=-0.88,95CI%[-1.88,0.11],Z=1.74(P>0.05)],TG[WMD=-0.50,95CI%[-1.05,0.06],Z=1.76(P>0.05)],BMI[WMD=-1.61,95CI%[-4.77,1.54],Z=1.00(P>0.05)].Descriptive analysis results showed that the levels of LDL,HA and PCIII were significantly reduced in the treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,no adverse drug reactions related to Gexia Zhuyu Decoction have been reported.Conclusion:Gexia Zhuyu Decoction can significantly improve the liver function,liver fibrosis,and hepatic steatosis in NAFLD patients,thereby improving the clinical efficacy. 展开更多

Disorder of energy metabolism is a major pathological change in the progression of heart failure.This process leads to insufficient myocardial energy and further aggravates cardiac dysfunction.Disorders of metabolic substrate utilization,mainly glucose and fatty acids,play an important role in this process.Research over the years has shown that some traditional Chinese medicines or compound prescriptions whose main role is to replenish qi and warm yang have good effects in regulating energy metabolism disorders.It has been found that some active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the uptake and utilization of myocardial cell metabolic substrate,so that the metabolism of myocardial cells can be adjusted in a direction that is beneficial to the body under hypoxic conditions,increasing the overall energy supply of the myocardium and improving heart function.This article reviewed the research of traditional Chinese medicine intervention on glucose and lipid metabolism of heart failure myocardial cells,and preliminarily summarizes the law and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in heart failure myocardial glucose and fatty acid metabolism,hoping to provide clues for energy metabolism therapy research from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the effect of Fufei Gushen Decoction on airway inflammation and glucocorticoid receptor in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:Fifty Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:blank control group,COPD model group,Fufei Gushen Yin high,medium and low dose groups,10 rats in each group,except the blank control group,the remaining 4 groups were Smoked combined with lipopolysaccharide(LPS),cold air stimulation to create CODP rat model.After successful modeling,the blank control group and COPD model group were fed with distilled water 3ml/only,Fufei Gushen Yin high,medium and low dose groups were given 1.02,0.51,0.26g Chinese medicine granules/100g/day,respectively.2 times a day for 28 consecutive days.Samples were collected,hematoxylin-eosin(HE)staining was used to observe the pathological changes of lung tissue,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)in the serum and right alveolar lavage fluid(BALF)of rats in each group.),the content of transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1),interleukin-17(IL-17A)and matrix metalloproteinase(MMP-9)and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)in the left lung tissue The expression level of real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(Real-time PCR)rat left lung tissue GRmRNA,immunohistochemistry(IHC)to determine the expression level of left lung tissue glucocorticoid receptor(GR).Results:The content of TNF-α,TGF-β1 and IL-17A in the serum of COPD rats in Fufei Gushen Yin high,medium and low dose groups and BALF were significantly reduced compared with the COPD model group(P<0.05);The expressions of TIMP-1 and MMP-9 in tissues were lower than those in COPD model group(P<0.05);the expressions of GRmRNA and GR in lung tissues were higher than those in COPD model group(P<0.05),and were higher in Fufei Gushen Yin Among the middle-and low-dose groups,the middle-dose group has the most significant effect.Conclusion:Fufei Gushen Decoction can inhibit the release of inflammatory factors in lung tissue of COPD rats,improve airway inflammation and remodeling,and increase hormone sensitivity. 展开更多

Objective:To study the expression of lncRNA LINC01410 in preeclampsia and normal placenta,and to explore its function and mechanism of affecting the proliferation and migration of trophoblast cells.Methods:The expression level of LINC01410 in the placenta of preeclampsia patients and pregnant women with normal pregnancy was detected by qRTPCR.After silencing LINC01410 in trophoblast cells HTR-8/Svneo,CCK-8 measured cell proliferation,and Transwell detected trophoblast invasion.Nucleus and chromatin RNA scores were measured,and Fas was detected by qRT-PCR and Western blot to explore the possible mechanisms.Results:The relative expression of LINC01410 in the placenta of the preeclampsia group was 2.564±0.169,which was significantly higher than 0.821±0.052 in the placenta tissue of the normal control group.After silencing LINC01410,the proliferation of trophoblast HTR-8/Svneo slowed down and the invasion ability decreased;The expression in the nucleus is more than in the cytoplasm,and the expression of Fas mRNA and protein is significantly reduced after silencing LINC01410.Conclusion:The high expression of lncRNA LINC01410 in preeclampsia placenta may be a risk factor for preeclampsia,and its mechanism may be to promote the proliferation and invasion of trophoblast cells by upregulating Fas expression. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the effects of different hypoxia time on hematology and histomorphology of rats by simulating the environment of 7000m altitude,and to provide the basis for the establishment of acute hypoxia model.Methods:40 SD rats were randomly divided into 0h hypoxia group,6h,12h,24h,and 36h group.The hypoxia environment at 7000m was simulated by low-pressure oxygen chamber.The serum SOD,MDA,LDH biochemical indexes and the morphological changes of HE staining in heart,lung and brain tissues of rats were detected under different hypoxia time.Results:Compared with hypoxia group for 0h,the number of RBC in acute hypoxia group for 6h decreased and increased with the prolongation of hypoxia time,and the highest number of RBC.The WBC,LYMP,GRAN,HGB,HCT and RCT counts of the acute hypoxia group decreased for 6h,and the above indexes increased with the prolongation of hypoxia time.Compared with the 0h hypoxia group,SOD activity in serum decreased at different hypoxia time,and MDA content in the 24h and 36h hypoxia groups showed a fluctuating change and reached a peak at 12h hypoxia.The activity of LDH fluctuated,and reached the peak at 12hLDH after hypoxia,and then gradually decreased.He staining of the brain tissue of the heart and lung,which was close to normal after hypoxia for 36h,showed that with the prolongation of the hypoxia time,the damage degree of each organ increased continuously.Interstitial pneumonia or perivasculitis occurred in the lung,and perivascular edema and pulmonary interstitial widening were observed.Cardiac tissue showed obvious degeneration and necrosis of cardiomyocytes,lysis and necrosis of local myocardial interstitium and valve fibers.A large number of inflammatory cells could be seen infiltrating into the brain tissue in the CA2 CA3 DG region.The neuron cells were denatuated,the cell volume was reduced,basophilic was enhanced,and the nerve cells were triangular.The cells were pyknotic and basophilic,with a few transverse axis structures.Conclusion:acute low pressure hypoxia can cause red blood cells white blood cells within 6 h number of platelets Hemoglobin concentrations were lower,as after hypoxia prolonged period of count increased serum biochemical index SOD activity were lower,the content of MDA and activity of LDH outer-plane changes Can cause heart lung tissue pathological damage,and increased with prolonged. 展开更多

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of intra-articular injection of low-dose compound betamethasone in the treatment of mild knee osteoarthritis.Methods:From September 2018 to December 2019,90 patients with mild knee osteoarthritis were divided into complete dose group and low dose group according to the treatment sequence,45 cases in each group.The complete dose group was treated with intra-artiular injection of betamethasone(1ml)and sodium hyaluronate(2ml),once a week,three times as a course of treatment.The low dose group was treated with intra-artiular injection of betamethasone(0.3ml)and sodium hyaluronate(2ml),once a week,three times as a course of treatment.Lysholm scores、the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)and visual analogue scale(VAS)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results:80 patients were followed up with an average of(4.96±1.50)months ranging from 3 to 8 months,and 10 cases(11.11%)were dropped out,including 2 cases in the complete dose group,2 cases in the midway withdrawal group,and 1 case in the treatment course less than the treatment course;3 cases in the low dose group lost the follow-up,and 2 cases dropped out.Compared with that before treatment,Lysholm scores were significantly improved,WOMAC scores and VAS scores were significantly decreased in the two groups at 3 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment(P<0.001).The Lysholm scores of low dose group were78.10±2.16,86.78±2.55,80.90±2.26,WOMAC scores were 61.00±1.38,39.03±1.98,45.76±1.66 and VAS scores were 2.23±0.89,0.78±0.73 and 1.05±0.85 in low dose group at 3 weeks,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).No drugrelated adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The curative effect of low dose compound betamethasone intra-articular injection in the treatment of mild knee osteoarthritis is equivalent to that of complete dose compound betamethasone.It can improve the function and symptoms of knee joint,and is safe and effective. 展开更多

Objective:Systematic evaluation of the effect and safety of pulsed radiofrequency on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The computer searched the database and searched for randomized controlled trials(RCT)of pulsed radiofrequency treatment of knee osteoarthritis.The search time limit was all established until April 5,2020.Two researchers conducted literature review review and data extraction,and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies,using RevMan5.3 software for data analysis.Results:A total of 13 RCTs were included,a total of 853 patients with knee osteoarthritis.The overall efficiency,VAS score,WOMAC score,and Lysholm score of the experimental group in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis were better than the control group,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Pulse radiofrequency has a clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis,and it is better than some conventional treatments. 展开更多

Periodontal disease is a chronic infectious disease of the oral cavity.Its main clinical features are periodontal pocket formation and alveolar bone resorption.Scholars'research hotspot is to achieve periodontal tissue regeneration in patients.Studies have found that strontium has certain potential in promoting periodontal tissue regeneration.In recent years,scholars have been conducting research on strontium and periodontal tissue regeneration,with a view to opening a new path for periodontal disease treatment.This article reviews the research status of strontium and periodontal tissue regeneration.The review results show that strontium can induce the proliferation and differentiation of PDLSCs and promote the regeneration of lost bone tissue;it can inhibit osteoclast activity and induce osteoclast apoptosis through a variety of signaling pathways,thereby inhibiting bone resorption;Promote bone formation;Strontium also has the function of promoting early angiogenesis and suppressing immune inflammatory response.Because the current research on strontium and periodontal tissue regeneration is only focused on in vivo and in vitro experiments,there is no relevant clinical trial to apply strontium to periodontal tissue regeneration.Therefore,if strontium is used to promote periodontal tissue regeneration to achieve the treatment of periodontal disease,further research is needed. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Cinobufagin capsules combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric cancer by Meta-analysis.Methods:Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Cinobufagin capsules combined with chemotherapy for gastric cancer included in Chinese database(VIP,CNKI,WanFang,CBM)and English database(PubMed,Cochrane Library,EMBase)were retrieved from the inception to June 2020.Data extraction and methodological quality evaluation were carried out for the included literature.The methodological quality assessment was based on Cochrane bias risk assessment tool.RevMan 5.3 and GRADEpro 3.6 were used for meta-analysis and evidence quality assessment,respectively.Results:12 trials with 830 patients were included in the review.Meta-analysis results showed that:the addition of Cinobufagin capsules for gastric cancer enhanced the objective remission rate(ORR)(RR=1.65,95%CI[1.41,1.93],P<0.00001);improved quality of Life Score(KPS score)(RR=1.77,95%CI[1.43,2.19],P<0.00001);reduced the incidence of nausea and vomiting(RR=0.46,95%CI[0.29,0.74],P=0.001),leukocyte toxicity(RR=0.40,95%CI[0.25,0.64],P<0.0001),and platelet toxicity(RR=0.45,95%CI[0.22,0.93],P=0.03);increased the level of CD4+(MD=6.99,95%CI[4.32,9.66],P<0.00001)was better than chemotherapy alone,with statistically significant differences.The quality of evidence is low by GRADE evaluation.Conclusion:In chemotherapy for gastric cancer,combined with Cinobufagin capsule has better efficacy and safety. 展开更多

Objective:To observe the effect of Pingchuan granule on the number of typeⅡinnate lymphocytes(ILC2)and M2 polarization of macrophages in the lung tissue of asthmatic mice;Methods:Ovalbumin sensitized and challenged asthmatic mouse models were established,and then Pingchuan granules or IL-33 neutralizing antibody were given to intervene.The pathological morphology of lung tissue was observed by HE,PAS and Masson staining,and the expressions of IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 and IL-33 in BALF and lung tissue were detected by ELISA and qRT-PCR,Flow cytometry was used to detect the number of type II innate lymphocytes and type M2 macrophages in lung tissue.Western blot was used to detect the protein expression levels of ST-2,FIZZ1 and Arg-1 in lung tissue;Results:Compared with the control group,the inflammation score,PAS score and collagen staining area of the model group were significantly increased,the expressions of IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 and IL-33 in BALF and lung tissue were significantly increased,the number of ILC2 and M2 macrophages,the expression of ST-2,FIZZ1 and Arg-1 protein in lung tissue were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the model group,Pingchuan granule could significantly reduce the inflammation score,PAS score and collagen staining area of asthmatic mice,down-regulate the expression of IL-4,IL-5,IL-13 and IL-33 in BALF and lung tissue,reduce the number of ILC2 and M2 macrophages,and the expression of ST-2,FIZZ1 and Arg-1 protein in lung tissue(P<0.05);Conclusion:Pingchuan granule improve the airway remodeling of asthma by inhibiting the polarization of M2 macrophages mediated by ILC2. 展开更多

Cancer related depression(CRD)refers to the significant and lasting depression of the patient due to tumor diagnosis,treatment and comorbidities.It can be attributed to the category of“stagnation syndrome”in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Clinically,cancer-related depression can be divided into three stages,namely primary,middle and final stages by analogy with depression syndrome.The location of the initial disease is in the liver.The main syndrome was excess,while the basic pathogenesis is mainly due to liver-qi stagnation syndrome and the principle of treatment is dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation by using modified Xiaoyao Powder and Chaihu Shugan Powder.In the middle stage of the disease,the location is in the spleen and stomach.The main syndrome was intermingled deficiency and excess.The principle of treatment is relaxing bowels,dissipating phlegm and eliminating dampness,regulating qi-flowing and promoting blood,invigorating spleen and heart,nourishing qi and blood.Xuefuzhuyu tang,Guipi decotion,Bailongjieyu granules can be used as treatment for this period.At the final stage of the disease,the main syndrome was deficiency,the principle of treatment is replenishing lung and heart,benefiting qi and regulating spleen,nourishing lung and kidney.Baihe formulas,Kai-Xin-San are chosed at this stage. 展开更多

Objective To understand the cognitive status and anxiety factors of COVID-19 in 804Hainan residents during the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 804 Hainan residents.A non-randomized convenient sampling method combining with online and snowball recruitment method was used.Results The COVID-19 cognitive score of 804 Hainan residents was(61.22±22.45),with a total awareness rate of 71.5%;16.3%of the respondents had anxiety symptoms,and there were statistically significant differences among different populations of different genders,ages,educational backgrounds,and cognitive levels(P<0.05).The incidence of anxiety in women(18.1%),13-24years old(20.65%),low education(21.1%),and high cognition of SARS-CoV-2(19.4%)were higher than other groups.Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors were gender,age and cognition status.Men were 0.563times higher than women(95%CI,0.348~0.911),the age group of 13-24 years old was 1.676times(95%CI,1.124-2.499)higher than 25-65 year old,and people with more COVID-19-related knowledge was 1.532 times higher than that with low cognition(95%CI,1.022~2.296).Conclusion The incidence of anxiety during the COVID-19epidemic was relatively high,and psychological counseling should be actively strengthened to relieve the anxiety symptoms. 展开更多
